Japanese sake is a gift from the ever-changing nature. Hatsumomiji is a pure sake brewery that uses only rice and water grown in Yamaguchi Prefecture.
We brew sake throughout the year and deliver sake that is born from the seasons as a familiar sake brewer.
We are a sake brewery that is close to you and delivers sake that is born out of the seasons.
This sake is made from 100% Isehikari rice, 50% polished rice, and 15% alcohol by volume. I have never had Isehikari before, but this was also a sweet and delicious sake👍It had a nice aroma and was very tasty 😊It is not found in Utsunomiya and I do not know when the next one will be 😆✨Thank you again for the precious opportunity 🤣.
