I had avoided kijoshu because it was too sweet in another kijoshu, but I tried it again 💪.
I was told at another liquor store that once the Corona was over, the Shinmasa would no longer be available in stores because it would be sold to restaurants, so I had to drink it while I could... 😁.
Akita rice, milling ratio 55% koji rice, 60% kake rice, 13% alcohol by volume. The back of the bottle says it is too sweet, but it has a strong acidity, so it is not too sweet. It was delicious 😋The same kijoshu has a totally different flavor 🤔That was delicious! Thank you for the food 🙏.

Mr. CHAPE, konbanhar.
I like kijoshu but some of them are sticky and sweet so I often make a mistake when I choose one.
Yonotori was delicious❣️

I can enjoy it as long as it's sweet, but it's hard to drink the sticky-sweet one 🙅Hayonotori is so good!
