This time, it's a sparkling Kubota, which is often found in restaurants 😁Polishing ratio 65%, alcohol content 12%. It was hot, so I put some ice on the glass... ah... it's so nice and cold and shwashy 😋It's unusually sweet for a sparkling sake (I was told by the liquor store that the second fermentation is dry). I looked closer and saw that it said "carbon dioxide gas" so I wondered if it was a gas-added type. I thought Kubota was supposed to be light and dry... 🤔That was delicious! Thanks for the treat 🙏.
