Junmai Daiginjo at a reasonable price of 1,499 yen for 4 cups. Fruity and gorgeous taste that conveys the flavor straight away. It has a slight effervescence and a fruit-like sweet and sour taste. A slight bitterness and a weak spiciness that comes later. A sake that makes you want to describe it as "delicious" rather than "tasty". It is a sake that seems to be popular with women.

Spkh, thanks for your comment. I bought it because it came with a staff recommendation tag. It's even better than I expected, and the sake fits the name perfectly. Kyushu's sake is good too♪

Purchased at Hasegawa Sake Shop 4gou 1899yen International Wine Challenge 2020 Regional Trophy winning sake It seems to be. Isn't it a little expensive for not being pure rice? It is a limited product that was just shipped on 2/16. Maybe you got a valuable product? The same brewery's Tomibikiku was delicious, so I bought it. It has a slightly sweet and sour aroma rather than a ginjo aroma. The bubbles, the sweetness, the sourness and the bitterness are mixed in a good way, and the freshness of the raw sake is very delicious. I'm still a beginner of sake, so I can't describe the taste well, but it's very interesting and different from Tomibikiku. It's a little bit glamorous like Futari. I'm sorry if it's not right at all... The more you drink it, the more you will become addicted to it, but it's a limited product, so you can't drink it again.

Purchased at Donki, 1300 yen for 4 cups I was wondering with Sanbon, but if I pay 2000 yen, I buy it at the liquor store stored in the refrigerator The taste is light and dry If you buy at a mass merchandiser, this area is safe If you buy it at a restaurant, you can find Drunken Whale or Urakasumi which are very tasty when they are chilled, but they cost about 800-1000 yen. If you want to drink it at home, it's a little higher grade.

Tengu Mai is a rare sake at Hasegawa Shuten. Junmai Daiginjo with a milling ratio of 50% using rice called Hyakumangoku no Shiro from Ishikawa Prefecture. 1,870 yen for a 4-gou bottle For Tengu-Mai, the fizzy feeling is a little weak. The bitterness is weak, and the balance of the aroma, sweetness, and acidity is good. It is good that the taste of Tengu-Mai does not change even if it is left at room temperature.

To the usual Hasegawa Sake Shop Today, I wanted to buy Kido. When I entered the store, I was lost in all the things I wanted to buy! A lot of Senkin, Futari, Sharaku, Hououmita, Akatake, Saku, Hirotogawa, Haneya, etc. Gah, I'm lost! Then, we chose the brand that we have never drunk before, "Isshaku Suisei" because of its cool name. 1,540 yen for a 4-gallon bottle of Junmai Ginjo When you open the bottle, you can smell a soft ginjo aroma. The fizzy feeling on the tip of the tongue and the sweetness that fills the mouth. The bitterness and spiciness come afterwards. This is delicious!

Nice to meet you, Reki Mamiya😄. Thank you for choosing an excellent sake from among the many famous sakes from Akita! The Ichibai Suisei has a tangy and crisp taste and is delicious 👍.

Convenience store sake 180ml 250yen I don't like this brand very much. I bought it once in a while. What is it? It smells better than I expected. There's nothing special about it, but it's easy to drink. It's a good sake to have at a convenience store when the liquor stores are closed.

It wasn't my intention, but Senkin, Yamamoto, and Kido all had similar bottle designs and tastes. Of these, KID is the most sweet and delicious. Even though I'm a weak alcoholic, I couldn't help but drink more and more of it. I will add it to my favorite brands. Reasonable price for good taste It's like the Redmi Note 9S of the sake world (the most powerful smartphone in the world).

Convenience Store Sake Sake freaks who come here may feel "thin! I think you will feel it. If you compromise with the convenience store sake that you can buy for 1,000 yen including tax, it is a good sake. It is usually sold at room temperature on the shelf, but if the shop keeps it in the refrigerator, it has a fruity ginjo aroma.

The rice polishing ratio is unknown. It is written "Koji: 50% Kake: 60%". There is no ginjo aroma, and it is juicy with a light fizzy feeling in the mouth. It is said that "Sesame" has a lot of miscellaneous tastes, but it has a little bitterness and is easy to drink. I would like it to have a little more sweetness.

Muskagami F-60 I bought it because of the cool label on it. It's classified as a "regular" sake, but the rice polishing ratio is 60%. When you open the bottle, the scent of the ginjo is softly wafting through the air We use Niigata-made "Gohyakumangoku" and "Koshiibuki" rice After all, five million stones is very fragrant. It is very easy to drink, light and dry, without the unpleasant smell of brewed alcohol. I think this sake is easy to drink as a saké and for the sake beginner to approach. If you think of it as a normal sake, it's surprisingly good, but if you think of it as a ginjo, it's not particularly unique

We know that if you go to a famous sake shop, you will find a good selection of sake. But it is also a pleasure to choose a new kind of sake A fruity aroma that expands as soon as the bottle is opened. The sweetness that spreads in the mouth and the fresh sourness and lightness unique to unpasteurized sake Not too much bitterness, just a pungent taste that lingers in the throat. At $1,375 for a 4-pack, it's cheap and tasty and right on the money! The second time I opened the bottle, I could taste a little bitterness.

Jikom Asahi Junmai Ginjo 4g. I went to a famous liquor store today and stumbled upon it ️️. Slightly melon scent (apple?) Carbonation and sweetness in the mouth And finally, a crisp bitterness. I couldn't help but open it as soon as I got home, but I guess I should have had a drink with someone or given it as a gift to someone who has been so kind to me. I've lost my cool because I'm so buoyant.

1,800 yen for a 4-gallon bottle. The sweetness of the crop was a little disgusting to me, but it's refreshingly sweet and fruity without being disgusting to me. As is to be expected of a popular drink, it is also delicious. I don't like the bitterness that comes later, for me.

Ni Usagi Junmai Sake, 70% polished rice yield, 1,300 yen for a 4-group bottle I bought it because it was recommended by the manager at a famous liquor store. I think it was featured on YOU TUBE. It has no aroma, it's a strange taste I've never tasted before, and I don't know how to describe it. I don't think it's particularly delicious, but it's not unpleasant either. Considering that the rice is polished to 70%, it might be excellent.

Minor Sake Stores The bright red bottle caught my eye and I bought it! Rice ratio 60%, unfiltered pure rice ginjo sake Fruity aroma with a hint of sweetness, then a touch of acidity and a nice dryness. It's affordable and quite tasty at 1,500 yen for 4 gulps, but it's the way I like it. To test it out, I blended a pair of Dewa Cherry trees in a one-to-one ratio. After the fruity and sour taste, the Dewazakura rice flavor is even better! I may have discovered something new.

Smells like green apples. I bought it because it said. 18% alcohol by volume and 60% polishing ratio, Ginjo unpasteurized Yes, it smells like green apples. In the mouth, you get a sweet and sour taste, followed by the pungent taste of alcohol. I don't think I'd like it.

Buy it while you buy another sake I didn't realize it was a raw sake and opened a four-pack first, so I left it at room temperature for a few days. A 300 ml bottle costs around 500 yen, and I am not a big fan of alcohol, so I am grateful for the small bottle. Although it is not a pure rice sake, it has a fresh, moderate sweetness with a fresh sourness peculiar to unpasteurized sake, and the finish is dry and delicious. Tengumai doesn't have much of a change in taste even after opening, making it the perfect home brew that never fails.
