A special junmai sake bought in Japan There are a lot of minor Japanese sake in the refrigerated showcase, and it's fun to find the sake you like best. Using "Miyamanishiki" from Nagano Prefecture Slightly fruity, sweet and sour on the tongue, clean and refreshingly dry. It's quite tasty, even though it's only 1250 yen for a 4-gulls! This is a great deal.

Items that were displayed on the shelf at room temperature for better shelf life. A little over 500 yen for a small 300 ml bottle No fruity, even though I bought it with the words 5 million stones in tow. Dry, not good or bad.

Junmai Daiginjo, a pure rice Daiginjo with 50% polished rice ratio It tastes almost the same as Tengumai Ryogin, and it is totally different from Super Spicy. It has a slightly fruity aroma, and when you take it in your mouth, it tastes sour, sweet and slightly carbonated. It's crisp and sour, so it's not sweet. It's like biting into a melon and it tastes so good!

This is a 45% pure rice Daiginjo made from "Comet" rice from Hokkaido. It's described as fruity, but it smells a bit disgusting. Probably a little over 2,000 yen for 4 cups! Other people have commented that it smells like a pear, so it may have been a drop in quality. It seems to have been left at room temperature for a long time because it was taken as a prize from a pachinko machine.

Affordable Junmai Daiginjo for 1700 yen for 4g. It may be totally different from the original Tengu Mai. It does not have a strong ginjo aroma and has a strong sense of carbonation. In the mouth, the tingling sensation of carbonation, sourness and sweetness spreads on the tongue, with a nice crisp, clean and dry taste. It's like biting into a melon and it tastes so good! Good shelf life even after opening several times at room temperature without loss of flavor

Junmai Daiginjo made from rice called 'Mizukagami' from Shiga Prefecture. Affordable at 1,600 yen for 4 cups of rice at 45% milled ratio Slightly dry and easy to drink. I bought it because I love the cute Kannon label.

Junmai-Ginjo with 55% polishing ratio using rice from Sado Island It was recommended to me as a summer drink when I was choosing a drink. Slightly dry Ginjo aroma, sweetness, acidity, and crispness, there is no particular character, but it is well balanced.
