Buy it while you buy another sake
I didn't realize it was a raw sake and opened a four-pack first, so I left it at room temperature for a few days.
A 300 ml bottle costs around 500 yen, and I am not a big fan of alcohol, so I am grateful for the small bottle.
Although it is not a pure rice sake, it has a fresh, moderate sweetness with a fresh sourness peculiar to unpasteurized sake, and the finish is dry and delicious.
Tengumai doesn't have much of a change in taste even after opening, making it the perfect home brew that never fails.
