My favorite brand and a product that only ships from May to July. Although it has no aroma, it has a good combination of effervescence, sweetness, and sourness, making it feel like biting into a melon fruit. Junmai Daiginjo is reasonably priced at 1,700 yen for 4 bottles. It has the freshness of a nama-shu (raw sake) even though it is heated, but it keeps well and does not lose its quality even at room temperature. Even though I'm not a big fan of alcohol, I can't help but drink it easily.

I tried Junmai Ginjo and Hana-Kyun in that order, and this month's third category, "Mimuro Sugi". Although I'm still looking for a new brand to try, I seem to have become a fan. It's a little more expensive than the previous two, at 2,200 yen for a 4-gallon bottle. Compared to the gorgeousness and excitement of the Junmai Ginjo, Hana-Kyun, it seems to have a slightly weaker impact on the palate, but it's the one that feels solid and heavy. The Junmai Daiginjo is the one I would like to recommend to my acquaintances, but the Junmai Daiginjo is the one I would like to keep in touch with for a long time.

Purchased at Hasegawa Sake Store I'm not a fan of the nigori sweetness and yogurt flavor😔. I bought this because a YouTuber famous for sake said it was delicious. I have already experienced that Mimuro Sugi is delicious! When I opened the bottle, I was still worried about the sweet yogurt-like aroma. Hasedagawa sake shop's eco bag: 143 yen Ottersai is purchased for the first time in two years, 4 gou 1782 yen I always buy a little more than 1,200 yen to 2,000 yen for drinking at home.
