間宮暦
Muskagami F-60
I bought it because of the cool label on it.
It's classified as a "regular" sake, but the rice polishing ratio is 60%.
When you open the bottle, the scent of the ginjo is softly wafting through the air
We use Niigata-made "Gohyakumangoku" and "Koshiibuki" rice
After all, five million stones is very fragrant.
It is very easy to drink, light and dry, without the unpleasant smell of brewed alcohol.
I think this sake is easy to drink as a saké and for the sake beginner to approach.
If you think of it as a normal sake, it's surprisingly good, but if you think of it as a ginjo, it's not particularly unique
