去年店頭で見かけて気になってたけど値段がネックでスルーしたお酒。在庫処分なのか2割引だったので購入してみた😅 1年経ってるから少し不安だったけど熟成感は無くフレッシュで甘旨。甘過ぎやろってくらい甘い🤣 だけど少し甘ダレしてるような印象。製造日からすぐ飲めばめっちゃ美味しそうな雰囲気めっちゃ感じる。

Although it is a honjozo, it is skillfully brewed without giving too much of an alcoholic taste. It has a moderate sweetness, umami, and a good sharpness, and you can faintly feel the presence of good quality alcohol. Although it is not a major brand, it was very tasty! My son went on a business trip to Niigata and got this as a souvenir😍. It's a 20 degree sake, brewed with Gohyakumangoku (five hundred million stone), and seems to be a hiyaoroshi spec after one summer. My impression is that it is a light and dry sake. It is good cold or on the rocks. But this kind of sake is best when heated. Delicious 🍶😋😋😋😋
