Aroma of pure sweetness typical of junmai. Slightly yellow in color.
No harsh taste and a good alcohol taste. It is dry for a junmai. It does not leave a lot of residue on the palate, but it seems to neutralize strong flavored dishes.
It seems to go well with heated sake!
2🍶 of what we received.
Fruity and sweet aroma, pure deliciousness with a clear first impression of umami that spreads well. The fruity flavor is still present in the taste.
Clear and clean taste. Dry? If you think it's watery, it's 15 degrees. Brewer's alcohol is used. No bitterness. It's similar to Kamizen, but it's different and delicious!
