I got it because I missed it on the same level as "Nabeshima"! It's been about a year and a half since I last drank Gakki-san. I'm going to go with Bessen Nakadori, my favorite in the Gakki series 🔥. When you open the bottle and pour it, the aroma is glossy, sweet and acidic, like muscat and tropical fruits. The mouthfeel is clear, fresh, and smooth. It has a fresh taste with a delicate sweetness of muscat and gold kiwi with a feeling of petit gas. After the fruity feeling is gone, the flavor of "dreamy aroma" spreads in a light and elegant manner. It is a delicious wine that will make you want to drink more and more ✨. This is the first time I got to know the instrument series and I have a special fondness for it. I hope to get it again next year if I have the chance...!

I found this brand along with "YAMAMORI" at a store. I was attracted to this brand because it is rarely seen and has a sturdy presence! When I opened the bottle and poured it, it had a gorgeous and thick aroma of green apples and melon. The mouthfeel is smooth and generous. This one has been in the cellar for a year since last year's trip to Tochigi. I got it on a trip to Okinawa last year! I had bought "Yatsuka" before, but I had never had nigori type before, so I brought it back from Okinawa and saved it 👍. When I opened the bottle and poured it, the aroma was of cemedine and alcohol. The mouthfeel is moist and the syrupy, dark sweetness is blindingly sweet. It tastes similar to medicine syrup or shaved ice syrup. However, it is not sticky, and the sharpness of the brewer's alcohol rounds it out nicely. When stirred, the sweetness and cemedine taste is subdued and a bit silky. Instead, the crispness of the spicy acidity increases its presence. I drank the Shu type in January and have always wanted to have a bottle of "Takagami". I was surprised to find it at a sake store where I stopped by! And it was the "soma" type (皚) that I had been curious about! I opened the bottle on the same day with a dance of joy! When I opened the bottle and poured it, the aroma was soft and fresh, with a hint of white peaches. The silky, yet light and easy to drink, it makes you smile! Soft sweetness like Wasanbon and white peaches. On the other hand, a slight gasiness gives it a refreshing rum-like taste. The juiciness and vibrancy of the pineapple with just the right amount of acidity and astringency comes in, and it disappears just like that, so it's a delicious drink that you can enjoy ✨. Obtained on a trip to Akita & Hirosaki! I was strolling through the store while waiting on my way home when I came across a pair of Tasake glasses and had to pick them up in a hurry. I am so thankful that we unexpectedly ended our trip with Tasake ✨. When opened and poured, the aroma is mild, elegant, and aromatic, like seasonal apples and pears. The mouthfeel is smooth and mild. The palate is smooth and soft, with a clear, round, gentle sweetness like yellow peach or pear. The bright, crisp acidity and astringent astringent taste that slowly fades away. The brilliant sharpness fades out gradually. It is a colorful taste just like autumn leaves! Sake lees of "Tasake" are usually sold at local supermarkets. Today, the last day, we went to Hirosaki city and Hirosaki Castle! It has been three and a half years since I became aware of Matsue Castle.
