We obtained it at a point in western Japan! I was troubled by the variety from Hokuriku to Kyushu, but this time I selected a pure large type of "Katano Sakura" which is rarely seen in the market. I will enjoy it while reminiscing about the scenery of my trip to Kansai 🍶. When I opened the bottle and poured it, the aroma was gentle, clear, elegant, and reserved. The mouthfeel is pure and clean. As you savor it, the sweetness and umami of Yamadanishiki, which gives the impression of grain and freshly cooked rice, spreads gently. The mellow, concentrated taste of spicy, acidic and astringent aroma emerges. However, it is not too assertive, and the lingering astringent taste is left behind as it is quickly lifted up! Obtained on the way back from a recent trip to Tochigi. It is a rare sake rice + sake store original. My luggage was full of Tochigi souvenirs, but I couldn't resist picking it up. When I opened the bottle and poured it, the aroma was clear and gentle, like melon, pear, and white peach. The palate is clear and clean. It melts and seeps through the mouth. It has a purity as if it were breathing mountain air. In the middle of it, there is a soft and coherent sweet, sour, and astringent flavor like melon and pear, and a sense of rice. It has a refined taste that disappears like a haze, and you find yourself emptying your sake cup! It has a high level of clarity and pleasant umami that reminds me of the "Sora" of "Houraisen" that I had before ✨. Kudo quality! Thank you for this precious encounter 😋.

I got it at an antenna store in Shiga before! I had been looking forward to this occasion, as I had not been able to find "Furoizumi" in sake stores even though they carry it. When I opened the bottle and poured it, I found a mildly fruity aroma of pears, yellow peaches, and apricots. The mouthfeel is dense, and the full-bodied flavor of rice comes through in a rush. It is rich, but still has a freshness and punch that is typical of nama sake. After a round sweetness like mitarashi or kuromitsu, spiciness and acidity flow into a bitter taste with a strong astringency. However, the astringent taste is quickly and smoothly taken over by the astringent taste. The powerful, concentrated flavor and the bright sharpness that seems to contradict it. It is a delicious wine that will have you falling into a swamp before you know it! It has a depth like the "Laughing Four Seasons" Junmai that I drank before. Got this as a Fukui souvenir on a trip to Hokuriku! Enjoy this Fukui souvenir set along with Eiheiji's black sesame tofu✨. When opened and poured, the nose has a freshness like apple and muscat, with a mild sweet and sour fruit yogurt-like aroma. The palate is clear and light with a mineral feel. Pure, light sweetness like peaches with a bright acidity and astringency that follows. There is a roundness with a slightly mature taste, but it is a fresh and delicious wine with no habits at all! It is truly a glossy, smooth taste! It is rich but not cloying, and goes perfectly with elegant black sesame tofu 😋.

This is a local brand that I got as a Tochigi souvenir! I was looking forward to seeing the difference between this bottle and the "Houou Mita" ✨. When I opened the bottle and poured it, the aroma was very reminiscent of "Hououmida", with a hint of muscat and pear, albeit discreetly. The mouthfeel is light and soft. It has a light and crisp sweetness of lychee and white grapes, and a chili acidity. The astringency and spiciness gradually come in towards the end of the palate. It is moderately well-balanced and suitable for mid-meal, but the astringent, green, gourd-like taste is delicious and addictive! The light sharpness gives it a crispness, and I have the impression that it lives up to "Houou Mita" as well. It has a daily taste that is typical for the local market! I'm just curious about the Junmai type I saw at the same time👍.

Yesterday, I was in Tochigi, Japan for a trip to Kinugawa & Utsunomiya ✨. I came to Tochigi again this year! From the Spacia to Kinugawa Onsen, Nikko Maitake mushrooms, Utsunomiya Gyoza.... We have been enjoying our trip every year 👍. And this time, we had "Kibuna" with gyoza again. It has a good sweetness and richness with a touch of sugarcane, and a refreshing dry sharpness. It was an excellent combination that synchronized and reset the flavor of the gyoza! It was a bit of a downpour, but it was also fun to enjoy the hot spring while listening to the sound of the rain. We are also looking forward to the souvenir sake we got..!

You don't see it very often, but when I do, I always pick up a bottle of "Murasaki Uchu"! This is one that makes my heart flutter, as it is the first bottle since my trip to Iwate last year + the first in the series to be brewed with flower yeast! When you open the bottle and pour it, you can smell strawberries, aromas, and floral aromas. The mouthfeel is smooth and clean, while the round & gorgeous sweetness spreads out. The flavor is pleasantly rich with strawberries and berries. However, the sweetness is not persistent, and the balance of acidity and astringency is crisp. After the sweetness is gone, you can also taste the mild umami of rice. It is a soothing cup with a gentle flavor that allows you to drink it calmly. The aroma, umami, and the end of the story are all beautiful and delicious ✨. Brilliant" indeed! A true "purple space"!

This is the 5th bottle of this year's Maikaze series! It's been a while since I've had a "Kantou no Hana", but this is the first Maikaze type, so it's one I've been looking forward to👍. I was surprised at the dry taste, which is outstanding among the Maikaze series and other sake from the same brewery that I have had! The freshness of the lush, raw sake and the bright astringency are also present in this well-proportioned taste ✨. The aftertaste is also refreshing. I got it at a sake brewery on my Manza Onsen trip last year: ♨️ I kept it for a year because I wanted to enjoy it paired with Akizakura. We are now ready to open the bottle 👍. When opened and poured, it has a bright yet aromatic aroma of prunes and kiwi. The mouthfeel is pure and clean, just like Gunma sake. Immediately after, there is a hint of shellfish? Tide? A fresh green feeling? The unique flavor of fresh greenery? Then comes the stimulation of a spicy and astringent taste. After the stimulation is gone, the round flavor of rice spreads out, although it is light and delicate.
