The last bottle opened this year!
We will be drinking "Tobiroki" which we got together with "Hirotogawa Nigori"! I was looking forward to it because it is the first Daigin class!
When I opened the bottle and poured it, the aroma was as clear as the wind with a hint of lychee and muscat.
The palate is clean and pure. It reminds me of the "Kuroryu Shizuku" that I drank before!
A world of endless transparency. The fresh, sharp, umami astringent taste wafting through the air. The taste is a perfect balance of light lychee-like fruitiness and a full-bodied rice-like aroma!
And as it disappears like the wind, it is now in the realm of scenic beauty✨.
Along with New Year's Eve Soba!
This year has been a good year for me as I was able to conquer 47 real prefectures, 12 existing castle keepers, and 100 CI of Akagi Mountain 🤗.
