This is a Kanazawa limited edition label obtained on a recent trip to Hokuriku!
It's getting colder and darker sakes are getting warmer. We are ready to open the bottle 👍.
When you open the bottle and pour it, the aroma is fragrant and deep, with hints of soy sauce, miso, herbs, and burnt oak.
The mouthfeel is dry with a slight roundness. The mouthfeel is dry and slightly rounded, with a refreshing acidity that spreads out in a flash. The astringent taste is tightened up and the umami of rice swells up.
The full-bodied flavor of fermented seasonings and grains. It has body but is well-balanced and delicious ✨.
It is still a great sake that you can't go wrong with!
Of course I will enjoy it warmed up and take my time with it 😋.
