Merry Christmas✨🎅.
So, Santa Claus -> Red -> Akagisan (Mt. Akagi). We have been waiting for "Shiboritate" this season as well!
When the bottle is opened and poured, it is clear and transparent with a fresh aroma of pears and green apples.
The palate is clear and light. It is light and crisp with a spiciness that is typical of Akagisan, while the roundness and full-bodied umami of junmai spreads out slightly. There is also a slight sweet acidity and fresh astringency, a perfect balance of lightness and mellowness.
Akagisan" quality is completed with a dry sharpness that goes down your throat. It is a delicious wine that can be easily matched with food ✨.
It is a particularly good combination with chicken and pizza in terms of resetting 🍗😋.
I am looking forward to this season's Akagisan series!

Merry Xmas🎄, stst!
I never thought Santa would be connected to Akagisan🤣I was so embarrassed that I almost blew it out in public😅.
I'm happy to hear that you had a drunken Akagisan first time this season with freshly squeezed sake 😊I'm happy when my sake tastes good 😄.

Merry Christmas✨, Aladdin!
I'm so drunk that I'm asking Santa for a gift of Akagisan 😙.
I really can only be thankful for the existence of guess sake (and Akagisan)...!
