National Sake Fair 2025 Day 2 part74 Gunma 5 Yamakawa Sake Brewery in Chiyoda-machi I drank a lot of sake at the Kokunisake Fair, and I realized that there are quite a few breweries that are not yet registered as sake breweries 🤔. It is the kind of sake that you drink like table wine instead of mineral water. It is not a special sake, but rather a sake that is ah, a honjozo sake,

At Takasaki station Aroma is weak. The taste is sweet, but it has a little taste like a traditional yeast mash. But if you keep drinking it, it becomes addictive. There is no spicy taste like Niigata sake when it goes down the throat. Because there is no return of the pungency like the Niigata sake, it soaks into the body easily. Panda♪ Satisfaction (5 stars) ☆☆☆☆

It was not registered in Sake no Wa. Tone-grown is a sake of Yamakawa Shuzo in Chiyoda-cho, Ora-gun, and there is another line called Koto. The brewery is located near the Tone River. If I had not purchased the Maikaze Drinking Comparison Set, I might never have come across it. Best regards. It seems to be Yamahai though it is not mentioned on the label. Do they dare not claim it? Light green color. The aroma is like Yamahai. It has sweetness and sourness in the mouth. There is a light banana scent, and it shows a modern face for a moment, but from the mid-palate it suddenly becomes a solid classic flavor. If you warm it up to lukewarm, it becomes easier to drink, but the unique flavor changes disappear and it becomes less interesting. The Left Minister I drank before was also made with the Gunma G-2 yeast, but I found the combination with Maikaze to have a calmer, less trendy quality. I'm looking forward to the Gunma Izumi which has the same G-2 yeast and almost the same specs.

Good evening, Mr. Juraian. ♪ Is it a good combination of modern and classic? That sounds insanely delicious☺️. I'm looking forward to your review of Gunma Izumi too🎶.

Thanks again, tkmt. There was a little glimpse of modernity, but overall, it's a solid classic. It also has a twilight feel to it.
