I drank the first sip at an izakaya.
It is mild on the palate and has a hiyaoroshi feeling.
Akagisan has an image of being dry because we drink only active nigori-style sake, but this one is sweet and tasty.
This is a sparkling type wine that has been sitting for a year.
We will open the bottle to organize the stock...!
When you open the bottle and pour it, the aroma is like sugar candy or brown sugar.
The mouthfeel is still gaseous and shiny, but the sweetness has become richer, probably because it has been aged for a year. It has a rich sweetness similar to that of a noble sake like Wasanbon or Bekko candy, and a lingering astringent taste with the purity of Akagisan and the freshness of carbon dioxide gas.
This is like a candy and a whip, and it is habitually delicious!
An unexpected combination of richness and crispness.
It is also interesting that it is an aged sparkling wine 👐.
Akagisan→Akagisan, so we will enjoy the standard type of Akagisan🍶!
Akagisan trio!
After the gentle atmosphere of Maikaze and the matured feel of Hiyayogoshi, Akagisan has a cool, crisp, dry taste that stands out.
This is Akagisan! Simple is Best ✨.
I bought two bottles of Maikaze in the spring and they have been sitting for almost half a year.
The winter lineup will be coming in soon, so I'm going to open the bottle now 👍.
When I opened the bottle and poured it, the aroma was like pears and muscats. I think it has more fruitiness than the one I drank in the spring!
The mouthfeel is clear and clean, as is typical of Akagisan. Immediately after, a soft and juicy flavor spreads gradually with grape and apple-like flavors.
At the same time, it also has an established austere taste and a lingering aftertaste like powdered green tea.
The gentle and sweet flavor of "Maikaze" is still present. It has lost some of its youthfulness, perhaps because it has been laid down to rest, but it is a delicious taste that allows you to feel the beginning and end of a story!
A collaboration of autumn and spring 🌸🍁.
I am looking forward to the freshly squeezed one in winter...!
Ginjo aroma. Mellow aroma...
Full-bodied rather than refreshing.
Not much rice flavor.
It can be served with somewhat strong-flavored snacks. I like it.
I thought it might be sweet because of its richness and aroma, but I was wrong.
I can only give a review with a dulled sense of taste, perhaps because I'm getting drunk too quickly these days...
As October is drawing to a close, I will enjoy the autumn of "Akagisan" again this year before the freshly squeezed sake arrives!
When the bottle is opened and poured, it has a calm, orangey aroma with a core of sweet and sour.
The palate is clean and light, and while it has the Akagisan character, the bright acidity and gentle sweetness like tangerine are typical of hiyaoroshi!
While tasting it, a mushroom-like matured flavor emerges from the back of the bottle, giving it a truly autumnal flavor.
However, the maturity also has the purity of "Akagisan" and is not too assertive, so you can enjoy it with a moderate sense of balance.
I have a feeling that the sweetness and acidity are just right, and this one is even more delicious than last year's.
I am looking forward to next year!
After 6 consecutive working days, the usual person also opened the bottle!
It's getting colder and colder, but that's why it's so delicious with a pure, light, and crisp dry taste that sinks in ✨.
I looked at the map of Japan and thought that the three prefectures bordering Oze (Gunma, Tochigi, and Fukushima) have many of my favorites, including my feelings... 😌.
The second bottle for the sake day was "Akagisan" which is the "usual" sake!
It is the exact opposite of the previous "Kaorutaka", a light and dry sake that goes down easy. Its light flavor and clean, refreshing taste are unmistakable ✨.
He is sure to reach the three-digit mark in his 70th year of service.
We will continue to promote it.
