We opened a bottle of "Akebono", a souvenir from Hokuriku (Himi), after a year-end party and a day off from drinking!

When you open the bottle and pour it, it is smooth and has a modest aroma of banana and sugarcane.
The mouthfeel is supple and light. From the refreshing clarity, the acidity and rice-like umami taste spread gently and are deep. However, it is dry and crisp without being too assertive. There is also a slight sweetness from the rice, making it light but richly delicious!
