This is my first time to see Akagisan with Shiba Inu label: 🙇♂️
Kawaii💕
The aroma is subtle.
Slightly effervescent 🫧.
It has a strong alcohol and sake taste, but it also has a cool and refreshing taste, just like ramune 🙂.
Gentle sweetness and peach fruitiness 🍑❔❔.
Unfiltered raw, but flows smoothly and has no curds 〰︎
As the label of the dry honjozo says "man's sake", my image of Akagisan is exactly man's sake💪💪.
But I thought this sake was very feminine for an Akagisan 😊.
It's Akagisan time when you're tired from a full day of running ✨.
As it is getting hotter and hotter, the cool, perfectly chilled "Akagisan" with its refreshing coolness, light rice flavor, and pleasant dry taste is exceptional!
Almost the same color as the paper cup (white)
When you drink it, the bitterness and alcohol taste is more gooey than the taste of the rice.
The parade of acidity and bitterness continues to numb the tongue.
Only carefully selected sake brewing quality rice is used as the raw material.
Personal preference 3/10
Polishing ratio 50%.
Slightly dry
Alcohol 15
home drinking, receiving
Oh delicious ♥️
This is the first time to drink Akagisan, the royal road of Gunma.
The overall balance is very good. 🙆♀️
I started with cold sake and enjoyed it until it was cold, so I guess I could have heated it up.
The 150th check-in in Gunma is, of course, by Mr. Kikuchi!
This time, it is a limited edition bottle of the austere tokkuri type. It is a win-win situation, as it is also a donation to Fukushima, with whom we have a personal connection!
The inside is the usual dry sake. It is crisp, clear, and has an excellent cool feeling! The dry, dry taste is lightly flavored with the umami of the rice, and as always, the taste is perfectly satisfying ✨.
This sake is named after "Eigoro Omaeida," a chivalrous man who is also related to "Tadaharu Kunisada.
It is truly a man's sake!
Good evening, stst!
Congratulations on 150 check-ins with Gunma Prefecture's sake 🎉.
Speaking of stst-san, he is already a stable Akagiyama-san 🎵.
I suddenly want to drink Akagiyama-san 😋.
Congratulations stst on your 150 check-ins with Gunma Sake 🎉🎊!
I'm always amazed at your reviews and how many different kinds you have 😳Manly conveying tidbits, it's like a way of life, so cool 😉.
Thank you, Pon-chan!
I'm still trying to catch up on all the regional specialties and such, so I'm just getting a new appreciation for the vastness of the world of sake...!
There was no reason for it to end there, so we opened a bottle of this one as well!
The cool, refreshing and crisp dryness that you can drink in a gulp, and the umami of the light rice. It's a soothing drink that will sink deep into your body ✨.
I went to Lawson today for the first time in a while, so I'll enjoy it with a pair of Red x Red & Spicy x Spicy!
February is also the month of 🐶labels!
This time we have an adorable puppy with a smile on his face...!
When the bottle is opened and poured, it has a gentle and bright aroma of melon and pear.
The mouthfeel is light and cool, typical of Akagisan.
The taste has a freshness that is typical of unfiltered sake, with a punch of spiciness and astringency. The full flavor with a sense of rice and gorgeous fruity overtones come out from the transparency as if spreading out.
It has a freshness with a little gas, so it is a delicious combination of lightness and mellowness!
It has a nice dry astringent sharpness and is not too heavy for an unfiltered draft, so it goes down smoothly ✨.
This bottle is also the actual New Year's pressing. The taste is different every year, so we are looking forward to next year!
