Second night in the car 🚚. Gunma-chan is popular with kids for some reason✨ The design is very local and easy to understand 🙇. It's pretty sweet and tasty 😋. Thanks to the recent trend of bears 🐻, many plans were cancelled 😭. The only thing I remember is the local sake✨

Speaking of Gunma, Akagisan‼️ is usually found in restaurants that serve alcohol. This share is amazing. Today it is Gunma-chan cup. The color is yellowish...I drank it cold...is it a little habitual? Today's sake is hot because I'm having Matsuya's meat sucker as a side dish. The aroma is weak and refreshing. It is 60% polished rice. It is delicious hot.

Junmai Ginjo Slightly dry, slightly weak aroma (flowery), slightly weak attack, slightly lacking in thickness, light and smooth, lingering umami, somewhat simple, lacking in substance and impression, as close to a sake as possible, even for a sake with a fragrance

The 3rd Bishu Competition 2025 Kansai ⑬ Heading to the Akagisan booth as promised Kurohiki Junmai Daiginjo Centrifugal Separator Pressing PREMIUM Polishing ratio 35%, special A Yamadanishiki, price 16,000 yen, I think. It was gorgeous, sweet and delicious. It was really good, but I was surprised when I heard the price 😳. Honjozo Dry Nama-Shu It's dry but not just spicy, it's light and has a slight umami flavor. Kijoshu Shoma Strong sweetness, but easy to drink with a smooth taste. With little time left, we decided to use all our tickets at the Akagisan booth. The ticket booth was also closed, so we couldn't buy tickets. I got a strap from Akagisan 😊. I ended up refilling my ticket twice and I think it was the most satisfied I've ever been at a ticketed event 🤔. Multiple booths let us drink with less tickets and one ticket allowed us to drink for 2 people! The company that makes Apaguard, which dominated the commercials with Saki Takaoka and Mikihisa Higashi, seemed to be a sponsor of the event, and when I was leaving the venue, they gave me a large amount of Apaguard to take home as much as I wanted 🤣. I guess just like alcohol, it's hard to get leftovers 🤔. That's it for the sake competition... To be continued😅

The ones I did not drink at the sake competition were Katanozakura, Kamitsuru, Tamanomitsu, Shigemasu, Sashi, Miyogiku, Sanzen, Echigo Tsurukame, Ichinokura, Biwa no Sasanami, and Echino Kanmei. I should have drunk Biwa no Sasanami and Shigemasu since they did not come to the event.

The 1000th check-in is, of course, this gentleman! 🎉 He also achieved 100 check-ins for "Akagisan (Mt. Akagi)" with the can type that he had brought without fail 🤗. On the way back to Aomori, we had some Tsugaru rice crackers with us! A beautiful and clear touch and sharpness that you wouldn't know if it was mixed with Aomori sake. It has a beautiful, clear touch and sharpness that you wouldn't know if it was mixed with Aomori sake, with a light sweetness followed by a crisp, outstanding spiciness. This is a brand I want to continue to love ✨. If I had not met Akagisan, my sake life would not be what it is today, and I only wonder if this Tohoku trip would have been something else. I am filled with gratitude for my encounter with Akagisan!

Thank you, Gyve! Maygase also has a rustic texture and delicious taste ✨. In addition to Tsugaru sembe, it looks exactly like Aizu's samurai sembe, but I'm starting to wonder if it's the location and climate or its roots 🧐.

Today's sake event🍶 was held at a liquor store owned by a friend of mine. Maikaze" is a brand name for sake made with "Maikaze", a sake made with rice suitable for sake brewing produced in Gunma Prefecture, "Gunma KAZE yeast" and other sake yeasts developed in Gunma Prefecture, and water from Gunma Prefecture for brewing. Today's event is a comparison of Maikaze made by each sake brewery. First up is Kondo Sake Brewery! It's a great way to start the event 👌It's even better than last year!
