Mellow sake. The aroma is not that strong, but when you put it in your mouth, you can smell the fruity sweetness! The aftertaste is crisp! There are quite a few differences depending on the sake's production.

Hanamurasaki" special junmai sake!
The most umami of the three. It has a rich and heavy flavor, but it also has a mellow taste.
Yamamurasaki" junmai ginjo
It has umami, but is light and light. The umami flavor lingers in the aftertaste, making it stable and easy to drink.
Gohyakumangoku" Junmai Ginjo
The most aromatic and sweet. It has a mild and gentle flavor. Recommended for those who do not like sake!

When opened and poured, it has a mellow and bright aroma of peaches, pears, and melon.
The mouthfeel is crisp, but at the same time there is a hint of the richness and umami of soft rice. There is a fresh, green, fruity overtone that is typical of new sake. The aroma, umami, and lightness support each other like a ding!
The spiciness and transparency of the spiciness also plays a role in the crispness of the overall finish, making it a truly refreshing Akagisan ✨.

Strong impression. It is very drinkable, but the alcohol taste is quite pronounced. The quality of the sake is simple and slightly dry, but there is also a sweetness to the rice.
It is perfect for both lukewarm and hot sake.
A sake to be enjoyed with others over a hot pot.
The price of 1,200 yen for 720ml is also attractive. It is a better sake than it looks on the label.

I decided to drink this the day I was born ✨
This is a limited brewery release type of Akagisan that I bought in Gunma, Japan!
It is one of the best in the series, second only to the centrifugal pure Dai. I will savor it to my heart's content!
When I opened the bottle and poured it, the aroma was clear and transparent with a gorgeous apple-like aroma.
The palate is clean and innocent, with a transparency like being on an ice stage. Later on, a mild and full flavor emerges with a melon-like glossy taste.
The elegant flavor of Yamada-Nishiki can be felt in abundance, and in the latter half, the dry sharpness and mild acidity typical of "Akagisan" bring it all together to create a well-rounded taste!
The clean, elegant "Akagisan" character and the tender flavor of Yamada Nishiki. It is truly superb ✨.
Every year when I celebrate my birthday, I feel like it's the end of the year and the beginning of the New Year.
Next year, I would like to drink the special Daiginjo, complete the Akagisan year-round lineup, and visit Kochi Prefecture, which I have not yet explored, to complete my 47-prefecture tour...!
