The Maikaze series is something I look forward to every year!
The first one is of course "Akagisan" (Mt. Akagi) 🔥.
When the bottle is opened and poured, it has a mild aroma of white peaches and pears.
The mouthfeel is fresh and clean. The astringent taste of green fruit comes first, followed by a light sweetness that is typical of "Maikaze" with its purity.
The freshness of the freshness and the coolness that is typical of "Akagisan" (Mt. Akagi). Akagisan" and its vivid flavor reminds one of the fresh green Akagisan (⛰️)!
On the other hand, as you savor it, the full-bodied flavor typical of nama-zake spreads like honey.
The trinity of the sake, Akagisan, and Maikaze is well balanced and delicious ✨.
Akagisan has finally reached the 90 CI!
I'm having a hard time deciding what the 100 will be today 💪.
900 Check in ㊗️
I thought I might meet you at the destination, but I'm going to have a stable "Akagisan" this time too!
All brewed in Gunma Prefecture, "Yamamurasaki"✨.
When I opened the bottle and poured it, the aroma was slightly sweet, peachy and aromatic, beautiful and calm.
The mouthfeel is clear and soft. It has a rounded and pleasant taste with a hint of pure sweetness. The crisp spiciness that is typical of Akagisan and the light flavor of the rice come together to create a refreshingly enjoyable taste!
Then comes the astringent taste of kiwi and green fruits in between. This accent is also good, and the beautiful sharpness that disappears without a hitch keeps the sake flowing👍.
Finally, the 1000th is in sight...!
I'm going to relax and enjoy each and every encounter 🍶.
Good evening, stst😄!
Congratulations on your 900 check-in 🎉🎊㊗️Akagisan for the celebratory drink❣️ I have never had Akagisan so I was very interested 🤩1000...you are looking good❗️ Enjoy your visit👍

The impressive 89 check-ins for Akagisan is also a stone👍.
I'm looking forward to seeing which is faster, reaching triple digits at Akagi or reaching hermit status 😊.
Congratulations on your 900 check-in✅🎊🎉, stst!
The supreme sake "Akagisan" deserves the number 😁.
I'm also enjoying your travel sake series, so enjoy every moment of your journey towards 1000 😆.
Congratulations on your 900 check-ins, stst 🎉Your recent travel post was great, but I still think Mt. Akagi looks great 😆‼️ I want to eventually visit all the major passes in Gunma, partly because they are famous for Initial D🤣.
Good evening, HinaHanaMama!
Thank you ✨
You don't see it very often outside of Gunma Prefecture, but it is a very beautiful sake even in the honjozo class, so we hope you will give it a try! 👐
Good evening, ma-ki!
Thank you very much!
I like both Akagisan🍶 and Akagisan⛰️, so this is exactly the ideal one for me!
I know I'm not very good at writing, but your kind words are painfully received 😊.
Good evening, Aladdin!
Thank you ✨
I wouldn't be where I am today without my encounter with Mt. Akagi, so I will never forget my original intention and aim for 1000 CI and 100 CI on Mt. Akagi 🔥.
Thank you, Manachie!
There are some Ini D goods collaborated with souvenirs etc. at the top of Mt. Akagi, so if you like it, this is the place for you👍!
The nature in spring, summer, fall and winter is also beautiful, so please visit...!
Congratulations to stst for checking in at ㊗️900🍾🎊It's a great milestone for Akagisan👍100/1000 will be around the season of autumn leaves 😉I'd love to try Akagisan🍶 🤤.

Congratulations on reaching 900 check-ins, stst🎉!
You finally reached the big one ✨.
As usual [Gunma sake] is not widely distributed in my area, so I'm very interested in "Akagisan" 🥰.
Congratulations on your 900 check-ins 🎉🎊, stst!
I am always amazed at how much variety there is in Mt. Akagi 👍✨ after returning from your trip, I was surprised to see so much variety in Mt.
Thank you, Takkku!
I can think of a lot of things, whether it's the autumn leaves or the new sake season, but that's what I'm looking forward to now, as you say, what will be the milestone sake✨.
Thank you, N.E.!
It is rarely available outside of Gunma Prefecture, but it embodies the climate of Akagisan ⛰️ and is an attractive Gunma sake, so please try it! 👐
Thank you very much, Gyve!
Gunma sake, including Akagisan, has a beautiful, clean taste, so if you see any Gunma sake on the market, please pick some up ✨.
Thank you, Pon!
That was one of the reasons I was fascinated by "Akagi-san" in all its seasonal variations 👐.
I am also looking forward to encountering Mt. Akagi, which I have not seen yet!

🍶The appearance is fun and exciting. The taste is more to your liking than the appearance suggests. Nice light nigori.

[Thanks to the handling at my favorite store.]
300 ml.
Opened the bottle, opened and closed about twice.
The first sip has a nice fizzy feeling with a lot of carbonation.
It is slightly sweet and when the temperature rises, it has the flavor of Junmai-shu.
Since it is already the end of April, we will open a bottle of "Akagisan" with cherry blossoms on it 🌸.
When the bottle is opened and poured, it has a gentle and gorgeous aroma of soft western sweets, apples, pears and peaches.
The mouthfeel is clear and mineral. The astringent taste comes out from the purity and lightness that is typical of Akagisan. The dryness of the dry astringency and the silky, calm taste of Junmai Oragami.
The dryness of nigori and the roundness of junmai are exquisitely intertwined with a crisp aftertaste.
It is a delicious taste with a sense of balance that is perfect during a meal as it is in tune with and resets the fat of the haramo.
A fusion of pure and dry.
It is a spring bottle that should be called THE Akagisan!
