I was curious about this last year but passed on it due to inventory!
I was more and more curious about it after reading the reviews, and this year I was able to get it just in time 🙌.
When you open the bottle and pour it, the aroma is fresh and fruity, with melon and kiwi-like fruit.
The mouthfeel is soft and smart like cotton clouds. It has a shw~y, enveloping gasiness and a silky, glossy smoothness of nigori.
The deep flavor and acidity of dairy products and lactic acidity come out of it. It has a honey-like sweetness, but is tightened by bright acidity and dry astringency. This is a delicious, over-drinking warning! 😋
A pleasant taste with a lot of attributes but not too much to get tired of drinking. This is one I would definitely pick up again if it comes out again next year ✨.
