The Hachimangu Shrine has a long history dating back to the Kamakura period (1185-1333), and the roadside station is famous for its vegetables. There was so much to see and do that we could not spare time to move around, and we learned a lot about geography (continued next page)
Since there was still time, we next went to "Kouto," which is hard to find even in Gunma Prefecture!

The mouthfeel is refreshing yet mild. It has a mellow, grain-like flavor with a hint of Sawan, pickles, and sesame seeds. It was definitely delicious warmed up or during a meal.

It's a very light and refreshing sake.
It's a refreshingly light sake that is typical of aluzoe!
It has a light alcohol feeling, a gentle sweetness, a crisp acidity, and a mild bitter aftertaste.
If it was beef, I think a creamier version would be better, but today it was pork, so maybe it was better the other way around 😆🎶. MantaShangquan kanon, good evening ^ ^.
