This is a brand that I saw in a young man's dawn before. The fourth modern version of the moon after the rain☆. The aroma is somewhat unique to muscat, sweet and sour 🙂. Lemon and white wine-like freshness afterwards. The second day was delicious with more flavor.

Perfect taste for drinking on its own💯. Gorgeous pineapple aroma, gassy, juicy sweet acidity, silky rice flavor and bitterness on the finish, it has it all. Maybe because it's made with Omachi? No True Red this year?

Zancho Hourai originally has an image characterized by its strong acidity, but it seems to use white malted rice, and this one has a refreshing citric acidity with sweetness 🌿. It is not only refreshing but also tasty. It was a delicious sake that I would like to repeat 😃.

Another brand of Tasake. This is the first time I have had it, and it is no exaggeration to say that it is the best of the aluzake brands. Sweet and tasty and fresh❗. I found a delicious brand for my birthday 😆. I will continue my search for delicious sake 🎵

Summer sake series we drank this year (7) This was the first time for me to drink this brand, but I quite liked the taste. It is a good summer sake with a fresh sweet and sour taste and a sharpness. The label is cute, but at a glance it looks like a Sapporo Beer label. I heard they also have winter hikuma, so if I have a chance, I will try it in winter 😃.

Summer Sake Series (3) This is my favorite fruity. A very citrusy sweet acidity. Malic acid and white malted rice. It was delicious and easy to drink. This store I often go to was celebrating its first anniversary! I feel like asking for more great sake from now on. ☺️

I was curious about Otafuku after reading about it in dancyu. I bought this one, which is not labeled Otafuku, but a test brew. The taste is light and thin. It is too light. I regret that I should have bought the regular green or blue label.

Two Rabbits' new brand of round shi🔴. I got it for the first time 🎵 Sweet and sour from a strong yogurt-type aroma unique to the sake. Unlike the dry sweet and bitter taste of Nito, it was different from what I imagined. I would like to try a different brew.

Yamazan, which I enjoyed very much before. The repeat is Black Label. It has a melon-like aroma with a slight effervescence, a little sweetness, and a pleasant balance of acidity and umami. The bitterness can also be felt, so it may be more of a food sake than Junmai Daiginjo Sanke Nishiki. The sweetness was felt more intense after the second day of opening the bottle. It is still delicious.

This is the first label I've ever tasted. I had an image of Utashiro as fruity and beautifully sharp, but this one is completely a food sake type. I was betrayed in a good way. It was delicious.
