The use of CEL24 yeast makes even the light, dry Tosa sake so gorgeously sweet, sour and fruity 😲‼️
This is truly Kameizumi.
Kaygetsu and Bikuyo also use CEL24 yeast, but this one is closer to Kameizumi....
The upside down label is easy to see.
The day after tomorrow, I'm going to one of the biggest sake events [Sake Fair] 😆🎵.

I had a great sparkling on the corner and had to repeat it because it was so good.
It is sticky and sweet.
It is delicious, but maybe sparkling is better for this time of the year for kijoshu.

Distinctive label. Red bird...Hiroshima by the color.
Fresh acidity, sweetness, and a strong flavor...certainly goes well with mozzarella😃.

I immediately tried it because it was a commemorative sake of my favorite Mimuro cedar.
The aroma is fruity and juicy, just the way I like it in a diabita type 🎵.
It is sweet and acidic, but the low alcohol content makes it easy to drink even in the summer.
It has a nice light aftertaste 😃.

First sparkling in a long time on a hot day before the rainy season 😃.
Maybe because it's sparkling, the sweetness of Kijoshu is a little lessened and not so persistent.

Commemorative 700 check-in at the corner of "Suzuden", a sacred place for sake, and my favorite Shinsei ⤴️
The clarity of this ultra-low-pasteurized sake is as expected from Shinmasa.
The aroma of muscat and the mellow and complex sweet and sour taste is like plum wine.
This is my second time to try Nilgame and it is really delicious 😆👍️❤️

Gorgeous grape aroma to mellow vanilla sweetness.
A little more acidity is needed to make the richness prevail, making it somewhat unsuitable for this time of year.
