The aroma is soft and sweet on the nose.
It has a soft sweet aroma on the top and a mildly rich, sweet flavor in the mouth.
Do you think Jyushiyo is mellower and tastier when it's unpasteurized than when it's freshly brewed?
Maybe it depends on the grade 🤔.
