This is Sake Mirai from Hanyo Otokoyama.
It is our first time to visit this brewery.
The initial aroma is softly sweet with a full-bodied flavor.
In the mouth, it is moderately spicy with a hint of sweetness.
It is very drinkable, and it would be interesting to warm it up.
