I was thinking about what to get for my 150 CI, but since I was in Chiba, I figured this would be the only way to go, so I went to the Seven-Eleven in Tsudanuma, which is famous for sake lovers, and got this one from Kangiku 😊!
The nose is elegant and rich, with a berry-like aroma ✨.
The nose is fruity, sweet and sour with a hint of berry like strawberries, and despite the fact that it is once fired, it has a strong gassy feeling 😊.
The sweetness, umami, acidity, and gasiness were well balanced, and it ended with the sharp bitterness characteristic of Kangiku, which was a delicious sake with a clear and crisp start and end 😋.
I was very happy to hear that one of my colleagues at work, who said he had never had much sake before, liked it and said it was the most delicious sake he had ever tasted 😍.
Seven-Eleven in Tsudanuma is a convenience store! It was a great store with a great selection of sake, and just looking at the sake on the shelves made me feel happy. ☺️
