I was in the mood for some Kijo sake, so I bought a Reborn of my guess, Hiran 😊.
I had it last year, so let's review the taste 🤔.
The top aroma is like melon or pear.
The sweetness comes first since it's a kijoshu, but the slightly stronger acidity neutralizes the sweetness, so it doesn't taste harsh ✨.
The aroma is fruity with a hint of melon, and the flavor is not too heavy, and it is finished off with a good bitterness, so you will not get tired of drinking it. ☺️
It's a kijoshu that's perfect for toasts and after-dinner drinks, and it's good that it's not too heavy!
I still like Hiran 😋.
I'd like to try Reborn's raw sake version next time I have a chance 🤤.

Good evening, Chester😄.
I like Kijoshu, I like it because it's ❣️ sweet 🤣.
But my husband doesn't like kijoshu much and I don't get a chance to drink it very often😅.
I'm sure you can't go wrong with Hiran and I'd love to try it sometime 🤤.

Good evening, HinaHanaMama!
If you don't like sweet sake, you might have a hard time with Kijoshu 😅.
It was a dangerous one that went down smoothly without getting tired of drinking ✨
My first kijoshu was this one, so it's one I'm very attached to: ☺️

Good evening, Chistah 🦉.
This kijoshu is delicious 💕I haven't had the hi-iri one so I'm curious 😊.
Hiran is also a hassle 😉.
