At my favorite liquor store, they had Senkou's Senkohana on the shelf, but they had a bottle of the back side 😊 I wanted to compare it with the front side.
I wanted to compare it with the front, but there was a limit to buy one bottle from either the front or the back, so I bought the back because I thought it was the only one I could find!
I was told that it is an ogara-mi, so I will start with the top clear 🥂.
The top nose has a refreshing lemon-like citrus aroma 🍋.
The lemon aroma is leading the nose, and there is also a slight gentle aroma of white peach 🤔.
Gasiness is small to slightly medium 🫧.
The sweetness is small, the acidity is medium to slightly strong, the umami is small, and the bitterness at the end is slightly strong.
When mixed with ori, the top aroma has calmed down a little and a gentle aroma like white peaches, which had been hidden 🍑, has emerged.
The gentle aroma of white peach became more prominent than the citrus aroma, and the acidity also calmed down a bit and the elegant sweetness became more noticeable 😊.
The umami and sweetness are more noticeable than the sourness, and after mixing the cage, the overall flavor is more cohesive, making the cup go down a bit more quickly ✨.
The acidity is more subdued than on the surface, and the focus is more on the umami and sweetness, which I thought would be good for everyone!

It was one of the top 3 tastiest sakes I've had this year 🍶.
I had some special sushi from a nearby supermarket to go with it ✨.

The front side was delicious, but the back side was more cohesive and I personally prefer it!
It was sweet and tasty with a low acidity, so it was a perfect match for sushi. ☺️

But if you say so, I'll take the back 🤗Top 3 of this year as of September are highly rated 🤗.
