After the training was over, we went out for a drink in Ikebukuro for our classmates' party 😊.
I couldn't take a picture of the label because the waiter was so engrossed in talking that he pulled out a bottle of sake😅.
It was a perfect sake for the end of summer, with a pleasant acidity that is typical of Senkou, a mild and elegant sweetness from Edobori, and a sweet and sour flavor that is in harmony 🌻.
I was also lucky enough to feel a slight carbonation from the freshly opened bottle, so I drank it all up quickly ✨.
I have the back of a sparkler I got from my favorite liquor store chilling at home, so I'm going to slowly compare the drinks while remembering this taste 🌻.

Hi Chirsta 🌞.
Thanks for the training!
Drinking with your peers sounds like fun😄.
Sparkler, I envy you for drinking out front and drinking in the back at home 🤩.
I'm looking forward to your post about the drinking comparison 😋I wonder if you are going back to Kyushu already?

Good evening, HinaHanaMama🌝!
I just arrived home!
Today's guerrilla downpour in Tokyo made Haneda airport a timetable 😅.
The new sake I bought today will arrive on Saturday, so I will be opening the back of the bottle soon to organize the fridge 😍.

Good evening Jay & Nobby 🌝.
My favorite liquor store had a limit of purchasing one bottle of either the front or the back, so I chose the rare back 😊.
I was very lucky to be able to drink the front as well on this occasion✨
I love Tochigi sake😍.
