Our normally quiet home becomes very lively during this period. 😁. It's hard to prepare for the arrival of children and grandchildren, but it makes me very happy to hear their cheerful voices. 👍 Now, I will upload the stocks from New Year's Eve. The first bottle is Mimuro Sugi no Ki Oke Bodhi Hashiro Sparkling. A bottle that I had set up for a toast. How does it taste? Oh, it's not sweet and refreshing. It's quite dry 😄. It goes well with the strong flavor of sukiyaki. It was delicious.

And yesterday, we served "Shinsei Ten Frog" as a party to celebrate the end of the work week. Anyway, the foaming level was so high that I struggled with it for about 5 minutes! I struggled with it for about 5 minutes 😱. I opened it for a bit and closed it immediately! 😅 I tried again and again, but the bubbles kept coming out, and the accumulated lees were mixed in well, so how could they make such a fizzy sake? I just marveled at it. 😅 When I put it in my mouth, the acidity of the Niimasa and the sweetness of the juice spread bang in my mouth, making me happy! 🎉🎉🎉 I feel the awesomeness of Shinsei every time! This one was a normal four-pack bottle, but my wife and I finished it in no time! 😁😁 Very tasty! 🎉 Postscript. Work is done, but house cleaning started today! 😅 Rural houses are ridiculously huge, so it doesn't take me a day to clean them anyway! 😭 When I go out and do household chores, dirt accumulates in the house in no time. And it's cold inside the house, so the pace slows down. I eat a cup of noodles, which I usually don't eat, and the rest of the day is just cleaning and tidying up. Tomorrow is New Year's Eve and I still don't know how much further I can go! 😅 I will get up early again tomorrow and go hard! 🙋

Good evening! 🙋 I started my New Year's holiday today! 🎊 Anyway, my senses were off by a week this month, so it was hard to push towards the end of the month. 😓 By New Year's, the members of our family will be all together, so the raging drinking festivities will begin! 🎉🎉🎉 Basically sake and wine, maybe a little Bearen beer 🍺? (LOL) Well, this time the brand is Abeno Sparkling, which I emptied for Christmas🎄! 👍 It had been lying in the fridge for a long time and I finally woke it up (lol)! Originally, it seemed that it was not good to drink it before last fall, but I took about 3 minutes to slowly release the pressure and opened it! The schwashiness was quite nice, and the feeling of the mixed juice of peaches, apples, and grapes spreading all over my mouth was very nice! 🎉 It has a 500ml capacity, so I drank it all up in no time! 👍 It was very tasty!

Good morning, I'm looking forward to seeing you again! 🙋 It's warm this morning here on the Iwate coast. 😄 Yesterday was Christmas🎄. The day before yesterday was Christmas Eve. I hope you all enjoyed yourselves. 😁😁 We had a relaxing time with just the two of us. Well, since it was just the two of us, we couldn't drink even if we opened a regular sized bottle of sparkling wine, so we decided to have our annual? So we decided to have a bottle of ICHIHAKUSUISEI X-factor, which is an annual tradition. 🎉 I remember there used to be no quantity limit, but Hasegawa Sake Shop online was limited to 3 bottles per order. 😱. Yajima Sake Store, which I was counting on, didn't show any arrival, and in the end I gave up with only a few bottles this year. 😅 Pouring it into a glass, I found it to be beautifully shwashy. I immediately took a sip. The sweetness of the darker side of the flavor makes you happy in your mouth! 😁. Delicious as always! Why, I wonder if this is sake. This year, I can't distribute it at all, I thought, and I finished it in no time. I'll be back soon 😁. It was very delicious! I'm sure you'll enjoy it 🙋.

Next was Morishima Junmai Ginjo Shiboritate Nama. I think this one is more popular with women. One sip and it is like an adult ramune. The light, sweet, swelling sensation is very delicious. I stop the female employee who tries to pour me a beer🍺 and ask her to pour and drink Morishima! Wow, what is it? This is delicious! 😄 and high spirits! I know you will be! 😁. Sake is delicious, isn't it? and sinking one more person into the swamp (lol) The two bottles of sake I brought this time. They are gone! 👍 It was very delicious! Postscript Gin no Sake Kibune in Hongu, Morioka City. We are in a bit of a difficult situation. My niece, who had been working hard for us, is gone due to her husband's transfer. A part-time job? The boy who worked at the restaurant as a part-timer has not been able to find her. His wife's sister came in to help him, but she is still inexperienced, so it's not easy for her. So, this past Sunday, I arrived 15 minutes before the store opened to pay and waited in the parking lot, but the lot was full before the store opened. The rest were a few cars on the street. 😱. Good evening! 🙋 I just realized that tomorrow is Christmas Eve. 🎄 My senses are off by a week. 😅 I gave my wife the crispring provisionally the other day, so I'm going to be quiet tomorrow. Well, a while ago, I went to a year-end party of a bank I do business with. As usual, I have a pattern of having Kibune-san send me directly the brand he chooses for me, and I take it as it is. (Laughs) The first one was Teisho's Toranomaki Kuro Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Harajuku. It has a sake strength of +14! It is in the super dry category, so what in the world does it taste like? So I took a sip. What is this? What is this? It's delicious! 👍 I can feel the flavor of the rice and it spreads in my mouth~~! 😁! It goes down the throat nicely and goes perfectly with the ingredients! 👍 As we passed it around the table, the person who is usually a whiskey drinker said, "This is delicious! and the person next to him and I emptied the remaining quarter clean. 😱 I didn't expect him to drink all of it, but the person who usually doesn't drink sake said it was delicious! But it was good that someone who doesn't usually drink sake said it was delicious! (laugh). It was very delicious! Thank you very much 🙋

Good evening! 🙋 We've entered winter and suddenly we've had a cold snap and it's been freezing everyday 😱. I feel like we are no longer slowly heading into winter, with temperatures dropping, then warmer days, then dropping again. We already keep our sake in the hallway out of sight, not in the fridge. 😅 The lowest temperature is almost zero, so it's ok to buy to the point of overflowing somewhat! 😁. 😁😁 But, if we do this, we will not be able to finish it later, so we are doing a good job of inventory control these days. 😁😁 Well, tonight my wife served my favorite dish, chicken wings, and I opened my order of Niidashi Zen Shu Shiboritate Nama Hashiroshi Nama. When I opened the bottle, I felt a light spurt of carbonation! I felt a light spurt of carbonation and a sense of anticipation. I took a sip. Ah, what is it? Huh? It doesn't have the acidity and gorgeousness of Shinsei. If anything, it has a matured taste like Tsuchida Shuzo. It's freshly squeezed, but why is that? I looked at the record and found that when I drank it two years ago, my impression was described as sweet and tasty with sourness. I didn't order it last year, so I was surprised to find that it was a completely different sake, even though it had been two years since I had had it. 😱. I mean, I was a little disappointed because I had high expectations.

Good evening! 🙋 Today is a full moon 🌕️ It's our eldest son's birthday. 🎉🎉🎉 He was a piyo piyo🐤chan until recently, but he is raising his son/daughter as a firm father. 👍👍 In addition to his normal duties, he was working hard, getting up at 3 in the morning to apply for a project at the company. He said he would go to bed at 9 or 10 am with his children, but I praised him because I thought it was not easy to do that! 🙂 So, first we toasted with sparkling wine, and next brought Omine 3 Grain Unfiltered Nama-Nishiki Yamadanishiki. A clean, sweet, umami type of refreshing taste. We had take-out from a French restaurant called DADA, and it went great with all of them. It was a great time 😁. Afterwards, there was still a bottle of Masamune in the fridge, so we emptied it and returned to the hotel feeling exhausted. 😱. I am planning to drink a lot of wine during the next New Year's holiday according to my eldest son-in-law's wish, but I also plan to open a good amount of Shinsei, which my eldest son donated from a secret supplier. 👍 Good night. The day after I had a lot of drinks at "Ginjo Tuna Shinagawa" introduced to me by Mr. Ochi. I met up with my wife and we went out to a certain high-class Japanese restaurant. A place I would never go in if I were alone. 😅 It was an ordinary day, but I'm an old man who wants quality over quantity, so I splurged without hesitation here. As I sometimes tweet, I wonder how many more times I will be able to enjoy a meal in good health and with a happy feeling. The final dish was a junmai ginjo from Miyakanbai, which was considered the highlight of the day at the Ginjo Tuna Shinagawa restaurant. The reason I brought this last was because I had chosen the 90-minute all-you-can-drink option and was about to run out of time, so I ended with my favorite sweet-and-savory type (laughs)! Yeah, it's delicious. 😁 Since it was my first time at this restaurant, I ordered it thinking that 90 minutes would be enough, but it was a very comfortable restaurant, so I didn't have enough time 😅. As a system, you choose your own brand, pour the amount you want into your glass, taste it, and go on to the next. Quality, not quantity. It is hard to find a restaurant where you can be selfish enough to check a brand you have never had in two or three sips 😱. Customers were advising each other, and I was also happy to recommend Sansho to the younger ones. 😁 I don't know how they make a profit, but I would like to go there again if I have a chance. 👍 The manager is always smiling and helpful to the noisy drinkers. Next up was Ichinoya Kei Junmai Daiginjo from Nagano. Ichinoya is known for its Ryusuisen. I drank it with that image in mind, but everything tasted mature and clean. The umami of the rice can certainly be felt. The concept is probably different. If anything, I would say it is more of a food sake. I had it with tempura. 😄

The next brand name is Shoryu Horai. This sake is from the same brewery as Zanso Horai. I drank it with that image in mind, but it was totally different. If anything, it was a little dry and robust. If I had to pick a favorite, I would say I prefer Zanzo-Horai. Let's see, how many cups have I had? 😅 The 4th picture is the highlight of Ginjo Tuna Restaurant, Shijimi Soup. For some reason, it goes very well with sake. The store's signature soup.

Next up was the Takachiyo Junmai Daiginjo. We are told that the black label is a very limited edition, so we take it right away! 😄 Sweet! Sweet but gorgeously delicious! You can drink it as you like! said the waitress, and I resisted the urge to pour a gulp. This pattern is definitely not good. Think about your age," my other self whispered! my other self shouts instead of whispering! Drink slowly and gradually! 😅 No, thank you Och! I didn't know there was such a nice place to drink! 🎉 I'm meeting my wife tomorrow, so I need to drink so I don't get excited and show her how sick I am... 😅

Next, sake from Kagawa. Kawazuru. I choose it because of its label design. Oh, it is indeed a honjozo. It's not a brand I would normally choose, but since the system allows small quantities and you pour it yourself, I matched it with tuna chutoro (medium fatty tuna). There were quite a few customers and the place was bustling with activity. Fun to be able to choose from a variety of brands. 😁

Good evening! I'm sorry to hear that 🙋 . Ochi-san introduced me to Ginjo Tuna Shinagawa. I had to wade through the extremely crowded Shinagawa station to get there. 😅 Well, a restaurant with too many choices. Suddenly I find a birthplace! 😁. Oh, is this going to be all you can drink? Are you sure? Manager? You just said it's good, right? I'll take it! 🙋 It was delicious.
