I've been drinking here and there, but I can't update smoothly. 😓. For now, let's start with what's still left from past house drinks. Urakasumi Daiginjo EXTRA It was a gift. 🙇 I had been putting it down for a while but decided to open it. 😁 The taste is very beautiful. The sweetness, umami, and acidity are quite mild. It has a very nice, refreshing feeling that spreads through the mouth as it jiggles around. It is a versatile and beautiful wine that can be matched with any ingredients. Oh no, it's so swishy (laughs). Very tasty! 🙋

Hello! 😄 It's another sunny day here on the coast of Iwate Prefecture. It is going to rain again from tomorrow, but farmers in inland area seem to be having a hard time due to lack of rain. Again, we are out of control to open the new policy continuously even though it's an ordinary day. 😁 Yesterday's lunch was a bite-sized pork cutlet set meal, so we were told to lighten up for dinner - and what came out was sashimi, leftover sea urchin and grilled eggplant. I thought to myself, "I can't not have anything to drink with this menu! I looked in the fridge and saw a tag hanging in the fridge that said, "Drink it before the end of the month! I looked into the fridge and saw a bottle of Shinsei with a tag hanging from it that said "Drink it this month! 👀. I was stunned for a moment, but then I thought to myself, "This is a good month to consume sake! I put it on the table while shouting something I don't understand! 😁😁 Take a sip. Oh, what a beautiful acidity. It is a bit strong, and a bit of sweetness comes out from the back. Combined with the deliciousness of the sashimi, it's a paradise in my mouth! 🎉 After settling down, I looked at the map of Sake-no-Wawa and found that Iwate and Akita prefectures are in the middle of the map! 😁😁 Yet, my fridge still has a lot of stuff in it. I should just drink without looking at it anymore... 😅

Good evening! 😄 It's another fine day here in the northern coastal area of Iwate Prefecture. I heard that the rainy season has started, but it's been sunny every day and I'm kind of worried that it might be bad if it rains. 😅 Yesterday, there was a "kaze no moutai" (opening of the mouth of the urchin). It was the day when you are allowed to pick sea urchins. A friend of mine shared a bottle of milk with me. 🙇 . A few years ago, I could buy it for about 2,500 yen, but this year the price finally doubled by almost 2 times! 😱😱 The number of sea urchins is also decreasing because seaweed is not growing. What kind of sake to go with the precious sea urchin? And rummaging in the back of the fridge 😁... Oh, what a waste! And Niimasa Cosmos 2021 stares at me! 😱 Oh, it has been a while. 🙇 It's a nothing day, but I'll take it! 👍 Oh, beautiful acidity as usual. The mild flavor is still there, even though it has been in the fridge for a long time. Great with the sweet sea urchin! 😁 Very delicious! 🎉

Again, good evening! 😄 It's an uneventful day, but I found some fried bean curd, coated with sweet dengaku miso (soybean paste) that we received and topped with plenty of green onions, so I open the fridge thinking, "I want to drink something to go with this...". Hey, I've been lying here for over a year! Sharaku-sama called out to me. 😅 I was wondering when I was going to tell you, but what makes you go through with it every time? 😡. No, because it's a super expensive drink and I couldn't drink it casually and didn't go as far as to let my kids drink it... 😓. I was angry with him and said, "Enough drinking! I was so pissed that I opened the bottle even though it was an ordinary day! 😅 Pouring it into the cup, there is a light ginjo aroma. When you take a sip, it has a subtle sweet flavor that matches the aroma. It has a very beautiful mouthfeel. But as the temperature rises, it becomes dry. My wife could not drink it. We finish only half of the bottle, thinking, "It doesn't get sweeter as the temperature rises, it gets spicier. The price was reasonable, and I think it was a combination purchase at Yajima Sake Shop. It is difficult to say that I like it because it is expensive. I haven't ordered anything online for a while. I've been ordering online for a while now, but I've been a bit overstocked on Kibune-san. I will reduce the stock a little more 😁.

Next is Yamagata Masamune Summer Junmai. The label features a firework pattern. It is a summer sake! It's a summer sake! This one is more refreshing than Kankoubai. Rather than being dry, it is more like it is just on the edge of being dry, with less sweetness and acidity. I wonder if it is a sake that can be matched with different dishes in a variable way. I'm glad to hear that there are so many different types of summer sake. 😁. If I could control the temperature and vibration, I would like to bring in a sparring system as well, but well, that's a story for another time! (LOL) Delicious! 🙋

Good evening! 😄 I heard that the rainy season has started in Tohoku, but the weather has been relatively mild. I hope it won't be like torrential rain somewhere 😅. I've been accumulating posts for some reason or another. I'm still having trouble typing on my phone. This time, I brought NATSU SAKE Junmai Ginjo from KANKOUBEI to a reception after a company information session of my business partner. 😅 In the name of serving it to everyone, I actually drink what I want to drink (lol). It is slightly cloudy. When you take a sip, you can feel the soft sweetness and sourness. The sweetness and flavor spread in the mouth, making it a very pleasant taste. Everyone was happy with the taste! They look so happy. Yes, I bring it in just to see this face. I'm so happy 😁. It was delicious! 🙋

Now, I look into the refrigerator while going to the bathroom to see what's next. Yakitori Mifuku does not keep so many brands, so I choose Kurowashi Junmai 70 from Washi's, which is a little more to my liking. It is slightly yellow in color, just like sake (lol). I take a sip. Ah, it's dry and robust. Not harsh, but a bit harsh. It goes well with the thick sauce of the tsukune (chicken meatballs with yolk). So I was happy with the fact that dry brands and yakitori go well together! 😁 P.S. As usual, typing on my phone is a pain in the ass. 😓 Conversion jumps, line breaks jump, it converts on its own, and when you correct it, it converts totally different characters. And then I get mad. 😅 It's hard for older people to write long sentences on their phones, but when they post, they want to write a lot of things. And blah, blah, blah...good night. (Holy shit!)

Good evening! 😄 I went to "Yakitori Tomifuku" again the other day on an overnight business trip. I am glad that it was relatively empty this time. I apologize to the restaurant staff, but I am thankful that I can have a drink in a calm atmosphere (smiles). So, the brand name this time was "Minami". I knew it was a Kochi sake, but this is my first time drinking it. 👍 The dryness, ruggedness, and honesty of the sake is compared to the rough waves of Kochi, and the word THE BOON! Well, let's take a sip. Well, it is indeed karakuchi, but you can also feel a slight taste of rice in your mouth. Regardless of the salt or sauce used for the yakitori, you can feel the goodness of the combination and it is delicious. As for Kochi sake, I mainly drank Bikuyo and Drunken Whale, so I guess this is OK, too. The food seems to be enhanced when it is a bit darker. It was delicious! 🙋

Hello! 😄 Today, I am in Morioka for an errand. The temperature outside is 32 degrees Celsius. I'm always on the same page with the Tokyo area at times like this (lol). I drank some rice and agave apple sparring a while ago. I didn't want to drink a lot, but I was thinking that after drinking about 2 gou of wine at home, I would probably be drinking out for a while, so I chose this 500ml bottle. I chose this 500 ml drink because I was thinking that I would be drinking outside for a while after that. I didn't want to listen to the voices from the outside saying "You're going to be drinking outside for a while, so why don't you cut back a little? I took a sip. Refreshing sweetness, acidity and beautiful bubbles. I was going to drink it slowly, a little at a time, but it went down smoothly (lol). Ah, what happiness. The craft sake I recently drank from Heiroku Brewery was also delicious. The level of craft sake has been rising rapidly, and as a drinker, I am very happy about it. It was very delicious! 🙋

It was not the right time to drink today, but yesterday, Father's Day, there was a very expensive beef stew pie wrapper at the deli, so my wife had it with red wine. 😁 What should I do? I thought about it and dared to take the summer sake Akabu/Jade out of the fridge. Thank you Kibune for selling it to me! 🙇 Hmmm, probably won't go well with stew 😅. Take a sip. Wow, the sourness and sweetness seem to stand up on the tongue independently of each other. Rather than being well-balanced, they spread in the mouth, each asserting itself. I was puzzled by this interesting development, but finished half of the bottle in no time at all. In the second half, as the temperature rises, the mixture of the two is also delicious. Every time I am amazed by Akabu. 😁 Very tasty, thank you very much! 🙋

Well, it is a banquet sake, but this is the first time I saw a hotel in Morioka serving this. The taste is straightforward. It is slightly sweet and goes very well with a meal. There is no bitterness at all. There is no sticky sweetness. Hmmm, is the level of all-you-can-drink sake getting better these days? I'm not sure 😁. It's not at a level that will impress you, but I'd like to serve something good at a reasonable price! I wonder if it's because of the toji's desire to serve good sake at a reasonable price. I would like to hear more about it if there is an opportunity. I would like to hear about it again if there is an opportunity! 😄

Corrections will be made after tomorrow afternoon (LOL). So, I found a Kanagawa Tensei and thought I'd try this one, but next to it was a brand I'd never seen before. What? I thought, "What? It was Junmai, so it was a little firm, but I could taste the flavor of the rice and it was easy to drink. No, it is really delicious 😄. I was very happy after a long time at Ginzo. I think the best way to enjoy the food is to sit at the counter and relax with the manager, rather than to talk about the food and this and that. I guess it's best to relax with the manager at the counter. 😅 I'm very satisfied with the food! Thank you 🙋

At #Gin Kura I was having a real talk with the manager and I was getting drunk with a bang. Ahh, the hassle of the phone! 😁. I guess young people today can type with both hands, but it's hard when you're over 60! 😓 I've been thinking a lot, making a lot of moves, but I can't seem to get any results. Business is really difficult. That's why it's interesting. Such things can only be said after the results are achieved. We have been quietly having a lot of fun with honest talk because we are regular customers. (Chuckles) Now, next is Kata no Sakura, which is sometimes featured in Sake-no-wa. The brewery is located near my parents' house. I order it thinking that someone who had been with my parents for a long time must have been involved in many things. It is a beautiful dry sake, different from Tanaka Rokuugo, but also different in impression. It is not sharp, but rather brings out the flavor of the rice. This time, the chicken nanban was generous, so it was interesting to be able to share 5 shaku each. It has a strange taste that cannot be simply divided into dry and spicy. In fact, it would be ideal to be able to serve a variety of brands to suit different dishes, but if we can divide the sake among this many, we are satisfied. It was very delicious! #Gin Kura at Gin Kura. Hmmm, I'm drunk. 😅 It's been a while since I've looked at the brands of sake from Hokkaido to Kyushu and I'm excited! 😁 Drinking a lot of different brands with a lot of people while frolicking. Just one sip at a time, drink a variety of brands. That's all it takes to make me happy. I'm not used to drinking sake, and I only drink as much as I can. Well, try this one! I recommend a sweet and tasty sake that you probably like, and I am so happy when you say, "Oh my God, it's delicious! I was so happy when they said, "Oh my God, it's delicious! I was so happy to be able to drag him into the sake swamp like that. I'm so happy to drag them into the sake swamp 😄. Tanaka Rokugo. Long time no see! 🙋 Junmai but light nigori. It fulfills my expectation that it will be absolutely delicious! The flavor of the rice is fully brought out and while it is described as the ultimate food sake, the feeling of being satisfied by drinking it on its own as is is is wonderful! 👍 It was delicious! 😁 Postscript. Guests coming down from the second floor. They all say, "Thanks for the food!" It was delicious!" as they go outside. Oh, how nice. It's nice to say it out loud. I drink a little bit while being filled with a sense of happiness. I'm so happy 😄.

#Gin Kura at Gin Kura. Busy manager in the kitchen, sometimes chatting with me in a relaxed manner. 😅 Not like in the old days with superhuman handling of the food... 😓. I was thinking how hard it is to make a living at this price with the drinks, food, and service. When I had a dinner party with a business partner in Tokyo for business entertainment, the course menu was in the 10,000 yen range, so I asked Mr. Sommelier if I could splurge a little on the wine. Without looking at the price, I asked the sommelier... No, it was delicious and the client was very satisfied, so it was fine, but the cost of the wine was higher than the cost of the meal... 😱... I knew that the price of wine has gone up due to the weak yen, but it has become very difficult to satisfy the client. In comparison, Sake is so reasonable. Do me a marriage of Italian, French and Sake! 😁. I'm already drunk, so I'm typing incomprehensibly. The second drink is Oroku. Chicken Nanban, which is super but I don't eat at night unless it's a time like this. I'm going to get angry and say, "You're going to put my weight back on! Good evening! 😄 Yesterday's regular audit went well! I've been in charge of this audit for many years now, so it's easy for me to say that I know him well, but that doesn't mean he's not willing to overlook any mistakes, so I can't relax until the very end (smiles). I was exhausted after the session 😅. So today, after attending the lecture and having a few drinks at the reception, I went to #Ginzo because it was still light. Manager, it's been a while! 🙇 He was cooking by himself, but there was a group and it seemed like there were a few customers here and there. It was good. Now, what shall we drink since it's been a while? I can recommend Mansaku no Hana, Sanzo, Kaze no Mori... I want to drink all of them, but I decided to start with So-no-Kangiku because it is sweet and tasty. It may have been specially prepared for leap day, but personally, I found it to be the usual soft sweet-tasting sake. I don't feel the slight carbonation, is it because it is already half-empty? It was delicious! I'm sure it will be a special leap day treat for you.

Good evening! 🙂 I feel like we have been having mild and just right temperatures for a while. It's going to get hotter tomorrow and the next day or so 😅. We have our annual audit the day after tomorrow, but since it's a regular thing, I could have arranged it a little earlier, but I'm the type of person who won't work hard unless my ass is on fire every time, so I'll just reflect on what I'm doing then, and probably do the same thing next year. 😁 Well, last weekend, I drank Re:vive Muhayate Ikazake by Hiraoroku Brewing Co. This is a craft sake, named after the word "revive," which means "revival," and was introduced to the world by Yuki Hirai, the 16th generation from Hirai's residence in Hiraizume, Shiwa-machi, Iwate Prefecture. When you take a sip, the clean flavor of rice spreads first. It then transforms into a dry taste as it passes down the throat. It can be paired with any foodstuff, and the sensation that it goes down smoothly is pleasant. I found myself almost finishing the entire bottle. Recently, I had to stop after about 2 gou of sake to keep my health in check, but this brand went down without me even realizing it. 😅 I think craft sake, like rice and agape, has really expanded the world of sake. It was very tasty! 🙋

Good evening! 😀 It's June and the weather is like a cold rainy season, so I don't know what to wear 😅. Tomorrow, it's going to be 2 degrees lower than today. I wonder if the weather will continue to be so bad 😱. The general meeting at the end of last month was held at a local grand hotel, and the sake used was Nanafukujin Junmai from the Kiku no Tsukasa Sake Brewery. The sake used was Nanafukujin Junmai by Kikunoji Sake Brewery. It is not sticky-sweet, but rather light and easy to drink. If the sake is not made with the same level of care and attention as the all-you-can-drink sake, more and more people will leave the sake industry, and short-term tricks will not be effective these days. At Yakitori Mifuku. The second sake we chose was a junmai ginjo named "Hundo" by Kamikimoto. It is said to be the work of Mr. Shoichi Sato, the toji (master brewer), with his whole heart and soul. I took a sip. Yes, it too is dry, but it goes well with yakitori. Tomifuku does not have a large selection of sake, but they have a special brand that changes monthly. The special brand they have on tap each month is a perfect match! 👍 Delicious! 🙋 BTW, for the last week or so I have been trying to access the Sake Wawa on the website and now I can't log in. Chrome is no good, and when I thought I could get in on Egg, that also went bad. Why? When I inquired, I was told that they originally didn't make a web version, but had a function to save the site to the computer and make it look like an app, but I think that's it. They said that the web version was not used very much and that they had reduced the functionality of the site and renewed it to focus on the smartphone version. Frankly, I'm not sure if it's tough for older people to get long-form text on their phones. But I can't say that I'm getting a free ride and somehow the web version too 😅. Well, I'll be uploading slowly, thank you 🙇.

Good evening! 😀 We have completed two of the biggest AGMs of the month. 👍 There was a lot going on, but I'm glad it went well. Well, after the board meeting before the AGM, I had some business in Morioka the next day, so I went to "Yakitori Tomifuku" for the first time in a while. It was empty because of the early hour, but I dared to sit at the counter in the back. I ordered a glass of Yuzushu with soda and a glass of Washinoo (Japanese sake) for my second glass. What? I asked him, "Izumikin-san serves this kind of sake? I asked, and was told that it was a special sake only available at Sakamoto Sake Shop. A search revealed that it was designed by Ayumi Yanagisawa, an artist from Iwate Prefecture. It has a very Ghibli feel to it. Take a sip. Oh, it's refreshingly dry. But the attack is soft. The umami is gradually absorbed. It goes well with yakitori sauce. It is a good match for yakitori sauce 😁. But Izumikin Brewery loves collaborations! I thought it would be nice if they appealed more, but I finished it in no time. It was delicious! 🙋
