At "Akagi", Iriya, Ueno Enough is enough! I was told, "This is the last time! Yamamoto asked. I always see this brand at some izakaya, so I end up putting it off and don't drink it very often. So I will drink it this time while drinking too much! 😁 It is light and has a beautiful acidity. My tongue is getting a little suspicious, but a good brand reacts properly (lol). This time, I drank a gulp at Akagi-san, and the food was really delicious. I don't get to Tokyo very often, but rather than looking for a place here and there, I thought it might be good to just go to this one place for a while! Of course, I'll have to consult with my wallet. 😅 Well, I'm off to the Shinsei Festival now! 🙋

At "Akagi" in Iriya, Ueno. This was the fifth one without any pressure from my wife. I asked for a Shigemasu Junmai Daiginjo Nigori, which I was sure would be delicious. It is a light nigori made from a type of sake rice called Yume-Ichikyo. It is soft, sweet, and delicious. The way it spreads in the mouth is very nice. I was quite drunk, but I was immersed in the happy flavor. Very delicious! 👍

At "Akagi", Iriya, Ueno Next up was Tsukasa Botan Tosa no Chokkotsu Honjozo from Kochi. I thought it would be good with strongly seasoned eel. I was a little hesitant to order it, thinking it would be good with highly seasoned eel! 😅 Surprisingly, it doesn't have any harshness. It's not too harsh. It has a solid attack, but it's not bad. If anything, it is light and dry, and the umami expands as it goes down the throat. It is a good match with food, and it works slowly! 😁 My wife started pressuring me to drink too much! I started to put pressure on her! (LOL)

At "Akagi", Iriya, Ueno The third bottle was Toyobai Junmai Ginjo Summer Blue from Aomori. This brand is made with Misato Nishiki. It has a very tasty acidity. In terms of clean summer sake, I think I prefer this one to Fukusuku. The third photo is a hairy crab salad. It seems that this is a dish that is only served on certain occasions. I was told that it was available today, and there was no way I could not ask for it! I had to order it 😁. I was told it was available today and I had to order it! I was like, "What should I do? At "Akagi", Iriya, Ueno The second bottle was Nakakumi Junmai Unfiltered Nama-shu, also from Fukushuku. Yamadanishiki from Hyogo Prefecture is used. The only sake from Chiba Prefecture that I know of is Koshi and Sohno-Kangiku, so we compared and drank the same brand. This one is a little darker than the previous brand. It also has a strong acidity. The slight sweetness is well-balanced and delicious. By the way, although I ordered the eel course this time, the dish in the photo is an "eel burger" (鰻バーガー🍔). It is so small that you can pick it up lightly with your thumb and forefinger, but it is so delicious that it makes you want to shout "Wow! It's also a great match with sake! It was very tasty! 👍

Hello! Hello 😄 There was an earthquake in Miyazaki prefecture and another in Kanagawa prefecture, so it looks like it's going to be an unsettled Obon vacation 😱! My company is working until today. 😅 We will start Obon vacation from tomorrow, but suddenly typhoon 🌀 will hit directly? I'm not sure if it's a typhoon or not, but I'm sure it's a typhoon. 😱. Last year we had a downpour during the Bon holidays and it didn't cause any major disasters, but I think it wasn't so good in some places. Now, the photo is "Akagi" in Iriya, Ueno. It was scheduled for later, but my eldest son brought a lot of things with him and said, "We are going to have a Shinsei Festival! I'm going to upload this one first. I'll upload this one first 😁. Because of the season, it is mainly summer sake. The first bottle is a summer jungin from Chiba Prefecture. It is made with 100% Hokkaido comet. It has a refreshing taste typical of summer sake. It is light but has a subtle balance of acidity and sweetness. The sashimi was also of a high quality. The flavor of the sashimi is also very high, and the combination of the two adds to the umami feeling. It was very delicious! 👍

Actually, I had been to this restaurant twice. And it was the second time I ordered the eel course. This introduction reminded me that I ordered various kinds of things at random! (Chuckles) And the sake I ordered was Kochi Bikyuu summer sake! I was confident that it would be delicious! I ordered it with confidence! Yes, it's very nice to feel it go down your throat smoothly 😁. It has a soft and slightly sweet taste. The eel was grilled white. This is also excellent! 👍 It is a small restaurant in a residential area, tucked away from the main street, but everything that comes out is delicious! The food is all delicious! I will post my second visit a little later. All 5 brands were delicious! 😁

This store has quite a variety of brands, so it's as much fun to choose as anyone else! 👍 The fourth photo is the crab miso cream croquette! Oh, it is sweet, the exact opposite of the previous one. I'm currently only choosing brands with a slightly robust flavor (laughs). The fourth photo is the snack roast pork, which is a separate dish from the course. They used to serve ramen for lunch only, which is very tasty! 👍 Not only the eel, but the other dishes are also very tasty 😄.

At a restaurant called "Akagi" in Iriya, Ueno. Next is a brand from Nagano. It is called Taisetsukei. Since I don't have much experience with Nagano sake, I asked for it after Takachiyo. I took a sip. Wow, it has a robust flavor. It is dry with the umami of rice. Looking at the other brands in the lineup, many of them are junmai (pure rice), so I guessed that it was probably made to go with a well-seasoned dish. I guessed. 😅 The fourth photo is the Dutch stew I mentioned earlier. The next one is the fried egg with eel. This was also delicious! 😄

Hello! 😄 Before the workshop starts, I will upload the issues I have accumulated. I was taken to this restaurant in Ueno about 2 months ago. There seem to be quite a lot of eel restaurants, but this one seems to be small and yet high-level. Iriya #Agaki I had ordered an eel course, so I looked at the sake menu. Huh? Takachiyo? Oh, the Takachiyo! For the first time, I clicked on the tag "You can't go wrong with hiragana takachiyo" (laugh). I took a bite right away! Wow, rich and deliciously sweet! 👍 Indeed, this is delicious! I wonder if it's a bit more dense than the others, since it tastes a bit like it's about to run out of leftovers. I ordered the eggplant Hoganji Dutch stew separately and it came first, so I combined it with the eggplant! Delicious 😄 I ordered 5 more brands and they all matched the flavors of the course! 👍

Laughing (Ebisu) in Miyako City, Iwate Prefecture I'm convinced that no other izakaya on the coast has such a wide selection of sake (laughs). Next up was Senryo Otokoyama Mine Sanzan by the local Hishiya Sake Brewery. To be honest, I've never drank Senryo Otokozan as a good sake. 😅 It is what is commonly referred to as a dry, old-fashioned sake, which I personally don't like at all. However, the label this time is a bit more enthusiastic? So I ordered it. I take a sip. Ah, it's ordinary, but tasty. The slightly sweet taste is good. I'm glad I ordered it because it tastes a little different from what I've had in the past. I think I ordered a few more things after that, but I don't remember 😱. I didn't even take a picture of it, so, well, I can't help it (smiles). Well, now that I have safely survived the end of the month, I would like to have a relaxing drink today. This is a very high-level restaurant in terms of sake lineup. The food is also high level for an izakaya! A restaurant that you can really only go to once in a while. That's why I want to go there! I always think 😊. This time, it was the after-party of a business partner's get-together. The first one I ordered was "Kokugen." It's a brand that I often see at Sake no Wa, but I don't often come across it. The Junmai Daiginjo "Tefu" was in the store. The label is very elegant. The first sip gave a clean feeling typical of daiginjos. Perhaps a little time had passed, but I did not detect any ginjo aroma, but the flavor was suitable for any food.

Next is AKABU MOUNTAIN. It is said to express a deep green, mysterious and magnificent mountain. This one has the same sourness, but it is softer than SEA and has a beautiful balance of sweetness and umami. This is a truly extraordinary level of junmai. It is a limited edition sake, which makes it hard to get, but I would love to monopolize this deliciousness 😁. Very tasty! Thank you 🙋

Good morning! 😄 I have a training session today and am uploading this in the gap before the start. I've been drinking since the beginning of the week without any sexual misconceptions, even though I have a series of general meetings cum get-togethers this week and a "hot-weather" drinking party on the weekend. 😅 I went to Kibune-san directly and asked him to arrange for some sake to be brought to the reception, and he said, "Akabu, what do you want?" I was told "What about AKABU SEA" and "AKABU MOUNTAIN", which I gratefully accepted. I have a refrigerator full, but since I was allowed to take them back, I will drink them well! 😁 Let's start with SEA. Oh, it has a very beautiful acidity that runs straight to the back of my throat. After that, sweetness and umami follow slowly. Wow, this is amazing! The stronger acidity is my favorite. The sparkling flavor is wonderful! Very delicious! 🙋

Good evening! 😄 Thanks for all your hard work this week! 🙋 This week I had an odd work week, Monday was a holiday 🇯🇵 and I had to work on Saturday. I'm a little out of touch, I thought I set my alarm ⏰️ on my phone, but I had to press it twice to stop it (blast!). I woke up an hour later than usual! 😱 and panicked, but somehow I made it to work on time 😁. Yesterday, I attended a company information session of a bank we do business with and went to a sushi restaurant near the venue. I went to a sushi restaurant near the venue and took home some sushi. Yesterday, I kept thinking "I want to drink! I was muttering "I want to drink, I want to drink" as I was driving (laugh). I haven't felt like that recently, but maybe it was because my wife was at a meeting with a reception somewhere else and there was no one to stop her (laughs). So, I took out a bottle of Comet 39 Miyamanishiki from the refrigerator. This is the first brand I have ever had, as it was a gift. But since it is Miyamanishiki, I took a sip, expecting to taste its unique sourness. Surprisingly, it was balanced and mild. Was it because of the 39% polishing? It tasted clear and beautiful!

Next was Kamo Kanehide from Kinko's Shuzo, which was opened on a different day. This sake was brewed to be served at a sake fair. It was a gift! 😄 I know Kamo Kanehide is delicious, but when it is a sake brewed to be entered in the competition, my expectations for it are also very high (lol)! Well, it is a daiginjo, so is it a little firm? When I opened the bottle, I found a beautiful ginjo aroma. I took a sip. It was clear and had a mild sweetness, umami, and acidity, but it was gorgeous and had a solid core. This is also a great match with Japanese food! 👍 On the second day, the sweetness disappears and it is firmly dry! The taste is totally different from yesterday! And my wife, who doesn't like spicy drinks, moves on to another drink. 😅 Kamo Kanehide was very changeable. The fourth picture is something called "hyper dried" that I got over a year ago. I happened to see it on TV and ordered it if it was that good, but the reply to my e-mail was "It takes about a year, so please be patient" (explosion). I had the dried prawn, and it was indeed delicious. Well, I won't order again. I'll never order it again 😁.

Good evening! 😃 Today was another cloudy and sometimes sunny day here on the coast of Iwate Prefecture. Something is already going on, the weather has been so stable that I am sorry to those in Yamaguchi and Shizuoka. Perhaps there will be quite a strong rebound. 😱. Well, I drank a lot of things last week, but for some reason, I was wondering how it would be on a day when there is nothing to drink, but when it comes to a dinner of sashimi and grilled eggplant, I want to drink something good (laughs). Drink quickly! I took out a bottle of Shinsei, which was placed in the most visible part of the fridge. My wife says "what day is it today? 😅" I replied, "It's the day I want to drink Shinsei! I replied, "What's that? 😁 and she laughs at me and toasts! 👍 Oh, the sourness goes straight to the back of my throat, very nice! It's so wonderful that it goes through the mouth in a straight line rather than spreading through the mouth! Soft and easy to drink, yet with a very nice balance of its own! 👍 My wife also tipped her sake with satisfaction. It was very delicious! 😁

My wife's birthday party at Tsushima Tsuru-san at Metropolitan Morioka. 🎉 Next, we chose a special junmai sake from ganshu: Suisen. This brand uses 100% Hitomebore produced locally in Rikuzentakata. It has a slightly milder flavor than the previous Washinoo. Tanka by Kudarein Soft long rain behind my father's window, silently drunk like a hermit Well, it is a wonderful song 😄. When combined with leftover hot water-washed octopus and white fish sashimi, the flavor spreads in the mouth and is very delicious. When I saw it at the Fukuraiya liquor store, I had to buy all seven bottles! I was told that I had to buy all 7 bottles at the Fukuraiya Brewery, so I gave up on drinking it! I was so thankful to be able to drink it this time at Tsushima Tsuru 😁. I was so thankful to be able to drink it this time at Tsushima Tsuru 😁! I'm so glad I did 🙋.

This summer sake was made in collaboration with Kudarein's tanka poems. First, Washinoo Special Junmai Sake The tanka poem read was "I love promises made when I am drunk. Hmmm, it has a certain elegance 😄. Well, let's take a sip. Well, it has a strong taste like an eagle's tail. It is not so strong, but it is very assertive. It is a good match with the strong flavored Sanriku mambo with vinegared miso sauce! 👍
