The second cup of Unme no Su. First brand. In Kanagawa Prefecture, it's called Tensei, right? I only have an image of delicious sweetness. 60ml in a glass. The aroma is a light ginjo aroma. Well-balanced sweetness and umami. This level of lightness is very good. When I noticed it, it was time for the departure of Shinkansen! 😱. Oh no! I hurried to the platform. It was very delicious! 😁 Postscript Once you get on the bullet train, the location information is not available. No poop sue appears! 😓 I would appreciate it if you could make it OK from anywhere. Good evening! 😀 It is now raining in Iwate Prefecture. It's been a long time since I've been to Unmenosu. The seats were almost full! 😱 I'm still looking around. So many brands, now what to do? 😁 And I haven't seen Katano Sakura in a while. I have an image that Osaka doesn't have many sake breweries. I only have very good memories of this place. I took a sip. Oh, it was slightly sweet and tasty. The acidity is also quite good. It was very delicious! 👍

Good evening! 😀 It is September 30, which means it is the mid-year close of the fiscal year! 😁. It's going to be October in a blink of an eye 😱. It must be tough for those in western Japan this year, as the lingering summer heat will last forever. In Iwate Prefecture, it has become cooler, and chestnuts are already ripe. I wonder if there are still a few matsutake mushrooms around. At least, I have not seen any yet. It has been an eventful September, but now that we have made it through the end of the month, I pulled out a bottle of "hana-yosu" from the back of the refrigerator. I took out a glass of white wine, not a cup of sake, and toasted my wife! 🎉 Wow, the gorgeous ginjo aroma overflows from the glass. 😆 😆 My wife also marveled, "This is amazing! The combination of the acidity of the Miyamanishiki and the original sweetness of the Kahayohaku gives it a very gorgeous flavor. If the sweetness is too strong, the whole wine will be dull and not very good, but it is so well balanced that you will want to drink it forever. This is a product that I purchased online at Yajima Sake Brewery for a reasonable amount of money. Well, I don't drink as much as I used to, so I don't think I'll be buying it that way in the future. 😅😅 It was very tasty! 👍

Next was Murayu. We ordered it because it was a delicious sweet-and-savory brand that we had drunk before. I had a sip. It was a nice sip 😁. Surprisingly, it has a refreshing taste. The slightly darker flavor spreads in the mouth. This is delicious. 👍 By the way, I thought I was OK from where I was, to show the map of the stores and other places I drank in Sakewa, but it doesn't work every time. 😅 Actually, I recently found out that it doesn't seem to display the map unless you're near the place (ugh). So this time it's from the morning which I rarely upload 😁.

Good morning! 😄 Last night we went into a restaurant called Izakaya Hitoki. After watching a movie with my wife, we went somewhere for a drink! So we started out with a glass of wine. I looked in another restaurant, but some group of people were drinking lively, so I went into the izakaya next to it. 😅 Then we hit the jackpot because it was an izakaya that had a variety of sake! 🎉 Behind the seat where I sat was a fridge, so I looked and there is a yamori! 😁😁 Yamori is a familiar name at Sake-no-wa. I had it immediately! 👍 I thought it would be a sweet and savory type, but it wasn't so much, it was surprisingly firm. But it tastes as good as expected. It matched with oden🍢 in chicken broth and I was happy. I was happy 😁.

Good evening! 🙋 Today was a really cold day. 😱. Outside temperature at 6am was 14 degrees Celsius with cold rain falling. Outside temperature at 1pm was 13 degrees! What a surprise! The temperature was lower at noon. So we had to turn on the fan heater to keep the company warm. Yesterday we were saying "It's so hot 😅", but the temperature difference from the previous day is more than 10 degrees Celsius, so our body can't keep up at all 😱. Well, it's been a while since I've uploaded anything, but what a surprise! I rolled my phone on the concrete floor and broke the screen. 😱. And it was right next to where I covered the screen. I hit it and the crack developed nicely. 😭 I finally got a replacement phone and set it up so I can start using it today! 👍 So, yesterday I drank Hibi Yamadanishiki. This is a brand that I got as a set item because when I was going to buy the San-do at Hasegawa Sake Shop online, they were sold out of single bottles. I opened the bottle with high expectations because it was absolutely delicious. Oh, it was a big splash right off the bat. Fine bubbles spread over the sake cup. In the mouth, mild acidity, sweetness, and umami spread in perfect balance. What happiness! 🎉 It was very delicious! 🙋

Three days of drinking with my sons during the Bon Festival (laughs) The fourth bottle we brought out was a sake from Akita Prefecture called Hiduyoshi, which we received as a gift. I was not familiar with this brand and he did not seem to be much of a sake drinker, so I wondered if he might be? I tried to drink it. Ah, it was firm and slightly dry. Not twisted, but since I've been chasing after sweet and tasty drinks for 2 days, I thought it was a little different 😅... 😅 My eldest son's wife actually wanted to drink wine too, and she secretly called my wife afterwards. 😅 I was proud of the high level of sake I was serving, but I should have given her a little more room to talk while drinking 😅. No, it was a really enjoyable Bon Festival. But they came and went so fast! I wonder when the next drinking party will be 😄. I'm looking forward to it 😁.

Three days of drinking with my sons during the Bon Festival (laughs) Let's go for the third bottle on the second day! 🙋 The Atago no matsu no nigori made my mouth a little mucky, so now I'm going with a refreshing sparkling one! 👍 I served Sanchi 2022 Yamadanishiki Natural Farming! 😄😄 San-do is basically purchased from Hasegawa Sake-ten online using the combined technique. However, recently I have been buying more in bulk from Gin no Sake Kibune, so my current inventory is from before that. In other words, it's been sitting in the fridge for a year or two. I'm not sure how long it has been sitting in the fridge. 😅 I think it's a brand that once you open it, you have to drink it all... 😅 When I removed the seal, it suddenly grazed my cheek and popped to the ceiling with a "Pang!" It popped. 😱. But I breathed a sigh of relief that it didn't overflow from the inside 😁. With an alcohol content of 13 degrees, this is also easy to drink and has a petite mouthfeel. My sons, who have had it once, also raved about it! 👍 No, it's really great 👍! It was very tasty! 🙋

Good evening! Hello 😄. Today was a day of refreshing heat and beautiful blue sky. I was a bit slammed and lost the upload of the drinks we drank together as a family during the Bon Festival. 😅 After toasting with Shinmasa Tenagara, we had Atago no Matsumatsu's Harukoi. It was a gift from a business partner. It has a soft pink color. The alcohol content is 11%, so I opened the bottle. I opened the bottle and heard a popping sound, and it was mixed nicely. The first sip has a soft, sweet flavor. It is very easy to drink and goes down smoothly. Sweet and sour like strawberry 🍓 and cherry blossom 🌸 bean paste. Everyone was drinking it smiling! 🙋

Today is the White Dew, and I think the mornings have been getting a little cooler since the beginning of this week. It still seems to be hot for people west of Tokyo though 😅. I can't stand the temperature in the cold region. 😱. Well, this is the second in a series of family drinking parties during the Obon holidays! 😁😁 My sons drank a lot the day before, but after a day, they are in good shape! So the second day was Shinsei Tenfrog 2023 Sparkling! Shinsei! my sons shouted. No, no, no, my oldest son. It's thanks to you (laughs). It's a donpeis brand as a toast! 👍 I opened the bottle carefully and slowly, thinking the lid would blow off! 😓. I managed to open the bottle and pour it into a champagne glass. Pour it into the champagne glass. The bubbles are beautiful. Take a sip. Naturally, there is no bitterness at all! Clear acidity and sweetness. Well, I'm happy! 😁 Really, Shinsei is delicious no matter which one you drink! Very delicious! 🎉

Three days of drinking with my sons during the Bon Festival (laughs) The one I brought for the commemorative 700th check-in was a Jyushidai Super Special Junmai Daiginjo! This one had been sitting in the fridge since last year. I wanted to drink it with everyone, but I had been holding back! 😅 My sons were thrilled at the appearance of this in full force! (LOL) Oh no, it's really delicious! The balance is perfect! It has a beautiful mouthfeel, yet spreads gorgeously in the mouth. It's already a paradise 🎉🎉🎉! My sons and eldest son and daughter-in-law were smiling as they drank the wine. It's my 4th bottle and it's empty so fast 😁😁. And so the wonderful night of the first day of Obon passed! 👍 It was very delicious! 🙆

I heard it is a restaurant used by celebrities, We had delicious yakitori! 👍 The only sake they serve is a brand called Izumo Fuji! Hello! 😄 Obon is over and many of you will be on vacation today and tomorrow. Last year, the coastal area of Iwate Prefecture had heavy rain at the time of Obon, and we had to visit graves in the rain all the time. 😱. This time, typhoon No.5 hit Tohoku area, which is rare, but fortunately we didn't have much damage and the temperature didn't go up much, so it was a comfortable time for us. 😅 My sons came home just in time for typhoon No. 5 to hit before the Obon festival, so my grandchildren were not able to play outside, which was unfortunate, but I think they had a good time. So, I was going to upload what I drank then, but I still had some left over that I brought to a business partner's gathering, so I'll start with that first. 😁 Again, it was the choice of Mr. Murai, the president of "Gin no Sake Kibune". I asked him to include dry sake as well, since my choices tend to be sweet and gorgeous. 😅 The first bottle was Sogen. I knew the name from Sake-no-wa, but this was probably the second time he chose it for me. When I took a sip, I could taste the robust flavor of rice, but it was perfect when paired with a strong flavored dish. It was delicious.
