For now, the last one to be uploaded is "Abe". It is a gift. The leasing company that we have always dealt with, you like this, don't you? He brought it to me! 🎉 I was very grateful to receive it because I have not had a chance to meet Abe. 🙇 It tastes even better than I expected. The low alcohol content makes it very easy to drink and it goes down very smoothly! The sparkling type that we have in our inventory and I just can't wait to drink it. There are 5 bottles of Sansho. 3 bottles of sparkling Niimasa. And a few bottles of Akatake and others... 😅 If tomorrow is not my day off, I have to drink while thinking about it, no matter how low the alcohol content. But the Niimasa Cosmos was ok (lol). I wonder if it will be gone nicely by Obon when my boys come home? 😅

Next is Shinsei Cosmos. A while ago, Kibune-san specially shared one with us. Since I couldn't drink Naohiko Noguchi's bottle, I decided to open a new bottle for my own taste. It was an ordinary day, but my wife is happy to drink Shinsei. 😁😁 Yes, it's delicious! Really delicious! What can I say, it's delicious! Happy and delicious! I drank it all up nicely without thinking about tomorrow, because the taste change swings so much when you leave it for a day (lol)! Very delicious! 🎉🎉🎉

Next is the Honjozo from the Naohiko Noguchi Research Institute. I heard that it was bottled in February 2022 and left to sit for two and a half years. Without thinking, I probably bought it from Hasegawa Sake Shop online in combination. I bought it under the assumption that since it was Naohiko Nouguchi's sake, it would all be delicious. However, 20 degrees alcohol by volume was quite a tough taste. The impact was so strong that my body could not accept it. Maybe I should have drank it with carbonated water or on the rocks. I had a drinking party at my business partner's place, so I brought it there to digest 😅. There was someone there who loves dry and gusto, so I happily almost had it all to myself (giggles).

Next is Junmai Daiginjo Premium from Tasake. It is a gift. It was too good to be true, so I let it sit for a while, but I opened it as an occasional luxury. Oh, it tastes beautiful. Yes, it's beautiful. So beautiful that it's a bit boring 😅. What an extravagant selfishness! In my recent state of mind, I want a little more impact. 😁 But it was delicious!

Good evening! I'm so sorry to hear about your troubles 🙋 . It's been hot every day 😱. It seems to be almost 40℃ in Hokkaido, but it's really tough when the temperature is that high in an area that doesn't need air conditioners to begin with~! 😓 Well, I haven't uploaded any of the brands I drank while I was out and about, so I'll just cover a few of them. First is Masumi Junmai Ginjo. I had it for dinner at Sarashina Horii when I was in Tokyo. It seemed to be quite a famous restaurant and was quite crowded. The drink was a little twisted, so I casually mixed a little sudachi cider, which my wife was drinking, with it! It went well with it! 👍 I remember reading in a column that sake can be mixed with juice! So I gave it a try and I'm glad I did. I'm glad I tried it 😁. The acidity of the sudachi, the shwash of the cider, and the umami of the sake are so well balanced that it seemed to go down so smoothly that my wife was angry with me, saying, "I'm going to run out of my drink! My wife was furious with me, saying "I'm going to run out of my drink! It was delicious! 😁😁

Lastly, Yamamoto's Pure Black. The juicy sourness was not felt by the already drunk. (Laughter) We had it with takikomi-gohan (cooked rice with eel) for shime. It was very delicious! 🎉🎉🎉

The third drink is a Nagano sake, Daisetsukei. It says it is malic acid from Nagano R yeast and brewed with prolific yeast. Splendidly beautiful acidity. Gorgeous ginjo aroma. Oh no, I like it! 😁 Very tasty! 👍 The fourth photo is the grilled eel white. This is also excellent! A perfect match and happy! 😁

The second cup was a brand called Kikyuusen from Aomori. This sake is made from Aomori's "Hanabukiyuki" sake rice. This also matched the eel course. It was delicious! 🙋

Good evening! I'm sorry for the inconvenience 🙋. We were warned about the coming typhoon 🌀 and wondered what it would be like, but it passed smoothly. It's cloudy and a bit muggy today on the coast of Iwate Prefecture. I went to the beach to do some errands, but it was so cold in the summer heat. 😱 Well, we had dinner at a Japanese restaurant called "Agagi" in Tokyo. The eel is excellent, so we had a variety of them again! 👍 And the first cup was a Chiba sake called Fukusuku. The aroma had a ginjo aroma, but the taste was more robust than I expected. Overall, it goes well with the strong flavors. The fourth photo is an eel burger. This is also very tasty! 🎉 Happy start! 🙋

Next, Akaban Omachi Special Junmai from Rimori Shuzo. Rimori Shuzo is handled by Kibune-san, so I had some idea of what to expect from the sake. Personally, I found it to have a robust flavor. Since I was already in a drunken state, I could not discern the Omachi character. 😱. I decided on omakase and it was quite generous, too much for an older person. 😅

The next choice was Junmai Ginjo by Tomonori. It is sweeter and more delicious than the previous one. I matched it with the white fish that gradually appeared on the menu. It was delicious.

Good evening 🙋 It has been hot day after day, but today the coastal area of Iwate Prefecture is much cooler with a beach breeze! 👍 The wind blowing over the cold Oyashio tide cools the ground at once. Down 10℃ from the previous day! 🎉🎉🎉 I don't move the air conditioner or fan! 👍👍 If you are not good at it, you can turn on the fan heater if you are caught in the middle of a mountain stream. 😱😱 Last year, the yama-see did not come and the people on the beach went through hell! 😱 I wonder if they put a cooler on 😅 Well, I haven't posted for a while, so here's one from when I was in Tokyo a while ago. At a sushi restaurant in Ningyocho. I ordered omakase and chose a brand I didn't know. Gassan" Junmai by Shimane Prefecture's Yoshida Shuzo. It is said to be soft and umami, but I personally found it a bit dry and a bit twitchy. It was subtle with scallops, but went well with bonito. 😄

Good evening! 🙋 It has been hot day after day, hasn't it? Compared to Tokyo and Kansai, Tohoku is totally cooler, but for my cold-weather body, it's tough when the temperature exceeds 25℃ (lol). The next sake is Houou Mita Black Phoenix. I bought it at Fukuroiya Sake Shop. I'm sure there are other stores in Iwate that have a variety of interesting brands, but Fukuroiya has quite a few that I like, so I have to consult with the space in my fridge before making a purchase. 😅 I'm already full of anticipation just by looking at the label😁. The acidity of Aizan is surprisingly mature. If anything, it seems like it was made to balance the overall taste, yet still be gorgeous. It goes in smoothly. 👍 I found myself drinking 3 gou of it! 😱 I quietly put it away in the fridge so my wife doesn't see how much is left. It was very delicious! 🎉

Good evening! 🙋 Iwate prefecture has entered the rainy season! It was moderately sunny and sometimes cloudy today. I was just washing my car! I was just washing my car 😁. Last week, we had our ISO surveillance (audit) on Friday, so I spent all day doing paperwork. I was just doing the paperwork 😱. Every time, I am responding to the auditor's hearing, regretting that I should have done a little bit more than just 5 minutes a day... (smiles). And when it's over, I have a "one-person party" 🎉. This time, I opened a bottle of Drunken Whale Lake Ikebaya Original, a birthday present I had received from my brother. The potato chips were already past their expiration date, but well, a month or so is an error, so we ate them together. 😁 First, the drunken whale. The sensation of clean, clear water comes to your tongue, and immediately the sourness swells in your mouth. This sourness seems to be the key point, and when you throw a KOIKEYA potato chip into your mouth with this, the fresh aroma and flavor of yuzu comes, and the dark taste of bonito sakadori (dried bonito stealing) takes over, and the sake goes down smoothly! 😁 I finished it with 2 gou because I have an early day tomorrow! It was very delicious! 🎉🎉🎉

The last one is Nabeshima Junmai Ginjo, This is a Kyushu sake that you can't miss! I bought this one at the Maruichi Miyako store. This is the only sake I bought at the Maruichi Miyako store, an extraordinary store that normally sells Jushiyo, Tasake, and Hiyoroki without any premiums. Well, I do lock the fridge, though. I'll be back soon 😁. Why do they even have Opus One? Even after drinking that much, I can still taste it. Not only is it well-balanced, but it also asserts its taste well. We ended up satisfying everyone again! 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 Thank you so much....we hope to see you again soon! 🙋

Next up was Shichida's GOTO. Mr. Jun Goto, who is the chief brewer at Shichida, has created a sake with his own name on it. At 14 degrees alcohol by volume, it is a bit on the mature side. The first sip is "crisp and clean. What's that? You may think, "What's that?" but the well-balanced flavor is contained within a frame, and you can drink it with a happy feeling. I don't have a vocabulary, so please give me a break (laughs). It was very delicious! 👍

Next up was Sono Shangiku True White Omachi 50 Unfiltered Nama Sake. This is also from Fukuroiya Sake Brewery. When I saw Sono Shangiku for the first time at Fukuroiya Sake Brewery, I exclaimed, "They have Sono Shangiku! The owner boasted, "We are the only one in the prefecture! The owner boasted to me, "We are the only one in the prefecture! Whether it's Kibune-san or Fukuraiya-san, all of the stores that have owners who go to the brewery to purchase their products have an unbelievable selection! 😱. I opened the package, wondering if True was sweet. The ginjo aroma rises steadily! One sip and it is already full of sweetness! This is delicious. Everyone's face goes "Oh! I'm sure you'll get the same look. 😁. It was delicious! 🎉

Next up was Shichida Junmai Oorigarami from Tenzan Shuzo in Saga Prefecture. From here, I recommend everyone to choose from the selection at Fukuroiya Sake Shop in Senboku, Morioka City. 😄 Shichida is a common brand at Fukuroiya Sake Shop, so I didn't go through with it because they always have it. Sorry. 🙇. In February, I gave a young man sitting next to me a bottle of "Azuma Tsuru" and he said, "I didn't know there was a sake brewery in Kyushu! I replied, "No, there are many places that make good sake! I thought about which one to choose, the Uguisu or the Shichida, and chose the Shichida. 👍 I wondered if I could have had the toast this way. I opened the package thinking. Surprisingly, it didn't seem to overflow, so I just opened it normally (laughs). The mouthfeel was strong, but less carbonated. However, when I thought I felt a slight petiteness and sweetness spreading, it went down my throat. Everyone was smiling and saying, "This is delicious! 😄😄 What's good is to see their faces! 👍 Very tasty! 🎉

They say time flies when you get older, but it really is like that. 😅 Well, the other day I attended a meeting of a certain organization. As this is the home of Izumikin Shuzo, I immediately opened a bottle of Ryuusen Yaezakura Special Junmai Nakakumi Unfiltered Nama Sake! 🎉 We poured it into cups, focusing on those who had been transferred! 😄 It is slightly sweet and soft on the palate, so it seems to go in easily. President Yaegashi is absent on another matter. Well, even if he wasn't here, we promoted the Ryuusen Yaegakura as much as we could! 😁😁 It was delicious! 🎉🎉🎉

And lastly, the local Izumikin's Ryusen Yaezakura Daiginjo. At the recently announced National New Sake Competition, Izumikin was awarded a gold medal! 🎉🎉🎉 I'm not sure how to apply, so I wondered if they were offering Akatake or Shinmasa? but it's great to see a local sake brewery being recognized! 😁😁 So, I took a sip of the daiginjo. It already tastes clean like fine water! It seems to be fine with any meal. It was delicious! 🙋
