Good evening! 🙋 It is the second half of the second half of Golden Week. How are you all doing? I was out yesterday and the day before, but today and tomorrow will be a solid day of house cleaning and tidying up. 😅 Well, I've been putting off updating this post, but a collaboration project with Washinoo was held at a restaurant called Tai Sushi🍣 in Tanohata Village! 🎉🎉🎉 As you can see in the picture, a lot of Washio's brand and Tai Sushi's delicious food were served! 🥳 Tai Sushi is now a one-ranked-up restaurant with his son following in his footsteps, and I've been wanting to go there ever since I saw their Instagram! I've been wanting to go to Tai Sushi since I saw their instagram, so I was very thankful for this project! 👍 The toast was Yui no Kou. The label says Junmai Ginjo, but it is Junmai Daiginjo class with a 40% rice polishing ratio. It is very smooth on the palate and has a very nice sparkling spread feeling along with a gorgeous aroma. Pair this with vinegared food or sashimi and the glass is easily emptied. 😁 No, no, it's bad if you pitch it right from the start. 😅 You have to drink consciously! It was very tasty! 🎉

There are collaborations between izakaya and sake breweries in Miyagi as well, but this kind of collaboration between restaurants and sake breweries makes it possible to learn more about the sake that goes well with the meal!

Ochi is Kamonishiki Banshu Yamadanishiki Junmai Daiginjo. Even though it is drunk in various ways, this brand of Kamo Nishiki conveys a strong sense of deliciousness. It is well-balanced but also has a firm mouthfeel, but that doesn't make it hard to drink at all! 👍 It is delicious even when drunk like that! I'm glad to hear you say that! Every time I prepare and bring what I can get at the time, how about this? How about this? I'm happy when they are happy to drink a little bit of different brands while saying, "How about this? Next was a brand brought in by another person. This is a daiginjo made with wine yeast from Momokawa in Aomori. A little yellow. When you take a sip, you can tell that it is indeed made with wine yeast. The taste is somewhat like an old sake. The alcohol content is 13%, so it is easy to drink. I'm not sure if it's to my taste or not😅 If you're wondering why I'm not sure, it's because I drank Senkou Retro one time before this one. I didn't post it this time because I introduced it a while ago, but when I tasted the acidity of Retro, I thought Momokawa's was a bit too much. If I had drunk them in a different order, my impression would have been a little different, but it is a little hard with Sentori as a partner. It's not bad though 😅

Next is Raifuku's extravaganza product raw. The label is already saying "It's deliciously sweet! The taste is like a blend of lychee, grapefruit, and green apple. Next was Mikotsuru Junmai Ginjo Yamae Nishiki Unfiltered Nama-shu. The label somehow conjures up an image of sweet and rich, but it was surprisingly smooth and sweet, with a very good mouthfeel. Even those who are not accustomed to sake can easily enjoy this. Even those who are not familiar with sake can easily go for it. Kagamiyama was a bit more acidic, so it was easy to contrast the two, which was also highly appreciated by everyone. It was very tasty! 👍

Good evening! I'm so glad you're here 🙋 . It's Golden Week in the world! I am sure that many of you are saying that. My company started to have a 2-day weekend this year, but the flag day 🇯🇵 in the middle of the week is basically a work day. 😅 Well, it can't be helped, but as expected, the 5th and 6th of next week are set as holidays. 👍 As is typical in the countryside, there are people who help with rice planting and other farm work during this time of the year! This is the reason why they work so hard to make rice. We have a small field, but even if we plant cucumbers and tomatoes, there is no place to distribute them even if we produce a lot of them because everyone around us grows the same thing. 😱 On the other hand, I get them and I am at a loss as to what to do with them 😥. So, it's really only a little bit. Well, the other day there was a social event for an industry group and as usual, I provided the drinks. 😁 First of all, Kagamiyama. Actually, this is the first brand I've ever had. It is a light nigori with a combination of white malted rice and Aizan. The acidity is exquisitely delicious! 👍 The aroma is mature, perhaps because it was cooled down too much. As the temperature gradually rises, the ginjo aroma comes out. Everyone was drinking it happily! 🎉

Good evening! I'm a new member of the family 🙋. Last week, I stayed in Morioka for an errand and wondered where to have dinner. So we went to our usual "Yakitori Tomifuku" near the hotel. I'm sure you'll enjoy it 😁. Crowded as usual. 😅 The counter was open, so we sat there. Basically, I choose the "monthly sake" here. I'm going to choose the "monthly sake" here. 👍 First up is Drunken Whale, which I haven't had in a while! From the label, it is a summer sake. Well, it's still before GW? But since there is a prerequisite that drunken whale is delicious, I order it right away. I take a sip, and wow, there is something interesting about the sourness. At 16% alcohol, the flavor is a bit robust, but the acidity pulls it together and it tastes great with the grilled chicken. 👍 It's been a while since I've had a drunken whale, but it was very tasty! 🎉 P.S. Another brand was Hyakushun from Gifu. I thought it was another Hyakushun, but when I checked, it turned out to be the same Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu (lol). Tomifuku's yakitori sauce is rather light, but it has a certain robust flavor, so it goes well with this one, too. Since I uploaded it last time, I'll pass on it this time😅.

Then, with so much tongue in cheek, I'll put out my last save! 🎉 Kahayo yu Za-puremiamu. Actually, I happened to find a bottle of it in the fridge at Maruichi Miyako store a year ago! 😱 We don't have a fridge that can hold a bottle, so I asked someone I know to buy it and also store it for me! 😁. And we couldn't keep them there either, so we asked the bank to store them in the fridge they have! 😁😁. How brazen of them! (LOL) And finally, I opened the package! Take a sip. Huh? Huh? Eh? It's tongue-in-cheek, but it's still a grade above deliciousness! The deliciousness that comes through! 👍 I haven't had this sensation since Ishidaya, which I drank at Gin Kura! Hana-yori, wow! 🎉🎉🎉 Everyone was in chorus of "Delicious! It was a chorus of "Delicious! It was a really fun drinking party! I'll be back soon 😁.

Next is a sake from Nagano. Tsukiyoshino Hana by Wakabayashi Sake Brewery. This sake was named after a cherry blossom viewing party at Yoshino Cherry Blossom viewing party, where a cherry blossom snowstorm was seen dancing. We had it stocked in the bank's refrigerator for a long time (laugh). It's been a year since I've seen it! 👍 Although this sake is made with Hitogochi from Nagano Prefecture and is said to be gorgeous, I could only identify the sweetness that hit my tongue softly when I drank it almost tongue-tied. 😓 I should have drunk it earlier. 🙇 It was delicious 🙋 I'm sure you'll enjoy it! 🙋

Good evening! 🙋 Drinking party with the bank we do business with and some fun friends. Towards the end of the day, things got more and more suspicious (lol). Next I opened a bottle of Yoshida Kurau's Kijoshu. I didn't read the label properly, so I thought it was just a normal sweet and tasty type of sake, but it said "Kijoshu". 😅 Is it a rich tasting one? I thought so and took a sip. Surprisingly, it has a citrusy sweetness, but it is not at all harsh! It tastes good with a little sourness! 👍 It went well with tempura and other dishes. Delicious! 🙋

Next, Ryusuisen was opened without opening another Yoshidagurau placed next to Yoshidagurau! 🎉 It looks like a wine label - I was told, and indeed it has a very good sense of dignity. President Murai of Kibune thought it was a dry type brand he put in, but it was a high quality brand with a ridiculously rich and umami taste! 🎉 It was a brand that everyone said "Oh! 🎉 We all said "Oh! 🎉 We all said "Oh! What is it? It is well-balanced, and yet it has a good assertion of sweetness, umami, and acidity, making everyone say, "Delicious! There is something that makes everyone say "Delicious! It is a very good sake to turn back the clock. (Laughs) Very tasty! 👍 I'm going to open the last one, but I've been drinking some of the best brand, but I'm getting a little bit nervous about typing on my phone because I've been drinking some of the best snow! Next is Yoshida Kurau's Hyakumangoku No Shiro. Yoshidagura u is one of the best representatives of sweetness. This is one of the sweetness choices at Gin no Sake Kibune. What's that? Did Kibune-san have Yoshidagurau? I was thinking "Oh, Kibune-san has a Yoshida warehouse? 🤗🤗 Oh, soft, fine sweetness and gorgeousness with a hint of carbonation. Combined with the ease of drinking at 13 degrees alcohol, it is very tasty. One of the younger members of the group said, "This is delicious! and opened it with a quick sip (laughing). and open it (laugh). He pours out another glass of wine! and pours another glass. I'll be right back 😁. There is another Yoshida Kurau next to it, what is this? Getting a little tongue-tied, I move on to the next one (laughs).

Here on the coast of Iwate Prefecture, it is finally starting to look like spring! 🎉 Now, let's continue with the drinking party with our business partners. I brought out a Junmai Ginjo from Kawanakajima Genmai. The last time I drank it, it was a bit hard and dry, so I wondered how this time would be. I opened the bottle. I took a sip! 🤔. It's sweet! The strong sweet taste goes well with the strong seasoning of yukke (yukke whale) or yakitori (grilled chicken). I think it's important to match the ingredients. Next is Shinsei NO.6 R-type. If you ask for a delivery kitbune, you may be able to get a high-class omake like this! Of course, this is only possible if we have the stock and the timing is right, but I am always the one who is the most pleased and excited when I find the Shinmasa when I open the cardboard box (laugh). (Laughs) After drinking the Akizuka, the taste is more mature. I can't get enough of the happiness that spreads softly but gorgeously in my mouth! 😁 The youngest person said, "Shinmasa, it's delicious! What is this? What is this? 😁👍 He said, "You'll find this kind of happiness if you go out with me! And appealing. (LOL) When you become a section chief, lend me your money at a discount! I laughed and drank up! 👍

Next is Akirika's Funashibori Jikagumi (槽搾直汲). Absolutely unreadable label. 😅 One of the two dry bottles I asked President Murai of Kibune for. Basically, I don't choose or buy dry sake by myself, so it's right to ask President Murai to choose for me. (Chuckles) Although it was described as super dry, it had a deep flavor with the delicious taste of rice. When I paired it with the "yukke (whale meat)" brought by the president of another company, it was perfect and expanded the flavor of both. The assistant branch manager, who loves dry sake, raved, "It's too good! He praised it highly! I was smiling when I heard that. I was so happy to hear that. The sake swamp is just beginning 😁.

Now, on to the next new environment section. At the bank we do business with, the section manager in charge of loans has moved in, so we had a welcome party right away! 🎉🎉🎉 When I checked the picture, I found that he drank 9 bottles of wine including his previous stock (lol). So, let's toast to the sparkling wine, Ni-Rabbit! As soon as you turn the cork once, bubbles start to form and the oli starts to mix instantly! 😱 After about 5 minutes of hurriedly closing and opening the bottle again. Finally, it calmed down and I opened it fully. I followed the participants around a little at a time. It has a nice carbonation and a good sweetness. The aftertaste was good, and it went down their throats smoothly! Everyone exclaimed, "Oh, it's delicious! and exclaimed in admiration. I'm trying my best to hear this line (laugh). We are always grateful for President Murai's choice of Kibune. Now, let's all fall into the sake swamp! 🎉🎉🎉

Good evening! 🙋 I heard on the news this evening that it was a summer day with temperatures exceeding 25℃ in many places 😱. The level of heat is so hot that it's like summer all at once, and neither my body nor my mind can keep up with it. The thermometer in the direct sunlight was 23℃ at my place too, so it must have been tough for those who worked outside. 😅 April is the month of entering a new environment. My eldest son and his wife's children, two grandchildren from my point of view, entered kindergarten last week! 🎉🎉🎉 My eldest son, who is always running forward in any environment, and my eldest daughter, whose shyness has finally improved recently, seem to be enjoying their kindergarten life very much and are going to school every day with great energy! We have received reports that they are doing very well. 👍 The other day, her teacher went out of her way to put the many dandelion flowers she picked in a plastic bag for her to take with her. I replied to her that she was lucky they were not dangled dandelions (lol). Well, it seems that we had to do a lot of preparation for things to be used at the kindergarten, so here's a toast to the New Year version of Shinsei! 🎉 It seemed quite mature, but I was happy with the balance and gorgeousness in my mouth. After this, we also opened a very expensive wine. 👍

The last one is a sake from Gifu. Whale wave is read as it is, Kujiranami. It is a gift from a person who always takes care of us once a year. Since I have not had much luck with Gifu brands, I opened the package and wondered how it would be like, given that it was an ogara-mi sake. When I poured it into a sip, I could see a little bit of ori, but not much. The alcohol content is 17%, so it is surprisingly strong and slightly dry. Since it has a strong hit, it seems to go better with yakitori sauce than sashimi or other dishes. If it is served at Mifuku, a restaurant we often go to, it is likely to be drunk quite often. I think it would be drunk a lot if it was served at Mifuku. I think it would be a good drink if served at Mifuku, where I often go 😁. It was delicious. P.S. This month, we have some gatherings, such as a welcome party for a business partner's new employee, so I "stocked up" accordingly, but my wife cautioned me to refrain from doing so. I was warned by my wife to refrain from doing so. 😓 Well, I guess I certainly feel like I'm overdoing it 😥. I'm going to have to slow down a bit while posting because of my body. However, I have made arrangements accordingly, so that's what I'll be drinking! 😁

Good evening! 🙋 It is gradually getting warmer here on the coast of Iwate Prefecture. The days are getting longer and I'm kind of happy. 😁. I want to drink a good sake because these days I often stew a little! So I opened a bottle of Mimuro Cedar. This is one of the brands that I stick to when I buy sake I have my eye on at Hasegawa Sake Shop Online to reduce the shipping cost. I know it tastes good, so I tend to give it to others when I buy it. 😅 I haven't had a drink for myself in a really long time. It has a wonderful balance of sweetness, umami, and acidity, and is really delicious. The alcohol content is 13 degrees, so even if you open half of it, you don't feel drunk (laughs). I was so happy that I turned it the next day when I had a third of it left. 😅 It was very delicious! 🎉
