I brought out a Junmai Ginjo from Kawanakajima Genmai.
The last time I drank it, it was a bit hard and dry, so I wondered how this time would be. I opened the bottle.

It's sweet!
The strong sweet taste goes well with the strong seasoning of yukke (yukke whale) or yakitori (grilled chicken).
