Last up today is Daiginjo Higan by Taiyo Shuzo in Murakami City, Niigata Prefecture!
This was a gift from an acquaintance of my wife.
The other person's comment was that the water was of the highest quality.
When I opened the package, the smell of alcohol came up.
Oh, it's a little different, isn't it? I thought, and took a sip.
Well, it is indeed a fine water.
It may not interfere with the ingredients, but it has no characteristics, so in a word, it is a bit disappointing.
Is it the characteristics of the rice, Takananishiki, or is it the brewing alcohol in the blend?
There was also a pamphlet with the toji's thoughts, but it wasn't my favorite. 😅
Oh well, it is what it is.
See you then! 🙋
