新政の酸っぱさを味わってから、日本酒の沼にはまる。 地元岩手では、きぶね、福來屋、山田酒店あたりから購入するが、矢島酒店やはせがわ酒店のオンラインにてまとめ買い。 盛岡のGin蔵で、大勢でいろんな日本酒をまわし飲みするのが趣味なのだが、武漢肺炎のせいでやや自粛。 日本酒の美味しさを知ってもらいたくて、ひたすら買って配る日々。 現在、家には50本くらい在庫がある。息子たちと飲めるのはいつになるか。

The last one is Kakuemon's summer sake. This is the only one in a bottle. This brand is a mixture of Arabashiri and Yamei, and is said to have a smooth and easy-to-drink taste. One sip and you will be amazed! It is indeed easy to drink and has a refreshing taste. It tastes perfect for the hot summer. When we served it to our hard-working staff, they were all delighted! 👍 Hey, sake is delicious, isn't it? and one by one, we dunked them into the swamp (laughs). A fun summer evening beer party? It was a fun cool summer beer party!

The fourth bottle is a summer sake from Yamagata Masamune. With an alcohol content of 13 degrees, it is very soft on the palate, and its gorgeous flavor spreads quickly and happily in the mouth. Everyone at the table rolled their eyes. 😁. Although it is a summer sake, I wanted to drink it all year round. It was very tasty! 🙋

The third one is the Etsukaijin no Kou I think it was taken from the name of Mr. Tadaoki Maruo, who is described as the person in charge of production. 😅 The taste is very interesting and delicious, complex but perfectly balanced. Even though it is dry with a sake level of 12 degrees, it has an interesting sense of richness spreading in the mouth. All of the choices this time were made by Mr. Murai, president of Gin no Sake Kibune. I really appreciate that he sends me brands that I would not have chosen in the first place, saying "Try this, it's absolutely delicious. 🙇 It was very delicious! 👍

The second bottle was sparkling Tedorigawa. Sparkling streak! 👍 This one is a brand that goes in a swish of refreshing feeling. The refreshing sensation in the mouth fills you with happiness in the sultry summer evening! 😁😁 Very delicious! 🎉

Good morning, I'm looking forward to seeing you again! 🙋 We had a torrential downpour around 1:30 AM with thunderstorms and overturned buckets of rain. ⚡️ It went up so fast that it hasn't helped the recent water shortage at all, but it still seems to have dampened things up a bit. That's about it. Well, I woke up once and then again after 4:30, so I'll upload what I had accumulated. This time, it's from a client's summer beer party I attended before the Bon Festival. After toasting with a mug of draft beer🍻, our members quickly opened sake (lol). The first bottle was Chiyomusubi's Shuwatto Sora. In the mouth, it is an adult ramune juice! 😁. The sake-loving members at the table were oohing and ahhing! Delicious! and cheered. 🎉 Well, summer is sparkling 👍! It was very delicious!

At Gin Kura. Next is Kaze no Mori. This is a well-known brand at Gin-no-sake Kibune, but since it is always there, I put it off. I can't feel the taste of Noh because it's been around for quite a while (ToT). I'm done here for the time being. The next day, although I wasn't hungover, I had to drink a good amount of water to get myself back in shape. 😅

Continued from Ginzo. Gunma's Oubai. This is the first time to drink this brand. The name is "Oosakazuki". It is famous as the sake brewer of the Macho series. But I have never seen or drunk the Macho series. (Chuckles). I'm already getting drunk and my sense of taste is not feeling as good as Noh. 😅

The second bottle of Ginzo. I chose Sharaku. Actually, I don't have that much of an attachment to it. I sometimes receive information about a lottery or something on the online site, but my personal impression is that I'm not sure if it's that good. Well, it's just my personal opinion. 😅 It was usually delicious. 🙇

Next was Gin Kura, which I hadn't been to in a long time with an acquaintance after a get-together. It had been a really long time since I had a chance to go there, but the manager welcomed us warmly. 🙋 First, we had our first drink, Amezure. It is a brand that appears frequently at Sake-no-wa. It is made from Dewa Sanzan and the water has a hardness of 150. Is this a dry sake? When you drink it, yeah! 😱. Isn't it gorgeous? 🎉! The balance is also very good! This is delicious! I see why it is so popular! Very tasty! 🎉

Good morning, I'm looking forward to seeing you again! 🙋 Obon has begun. This year, we had clear skies and a lack of water. Last year and the year before, we had heavy rains and could not even visit the graves, so I think the weather is very Obon-like. The temperature in the mornings these days is below 20 degrees Celsius, so it is easier to sleep. 😁 Well, this time I will upload what I was drinking a while ago. First, a local Asakai honjozo that I drank at a get-together after a meeting. It is served as all-you-can-drink sake, but it is clean and easy to drink without any eginess. In fact, it is completely different from the traditional honjozo fresh-stored sake. When I drank it at Mororokaku, a yakiniku (barbecue) restaurant in front of the station, it was not tasty because it had a strong eggy taste. This is just my personal opinion, but I would choose this one if it were all-you-can-drink.

Lastly, Kozaemon's Summer Gin. Finished at 14.5 degrees alcohol by volume, it feels very easy to drink. 👍 No, it really is a high level of summer sake. In the past, sake sales would drop in the summer, but thanks to the high level of summer sake, we are thankful that we can maintain sake sales all year round, said the wife of Tokibune. 😁 Actually, there was a summer beer party🍻 at another place yesterday, but only my place had a lineup of sake that I brought in, and even the toast was sparkling sake! (LOL) I sank the young employees who were grilling yakitori or stuck to the beer server into the sake swamp one after another. 👍 We were lucky to have a lot of low-alcohol, easy-to-drink sake, so everyone was really happy. 😁😁 The branch manager, who just transferred to the company, asked me, "When are you going to do it again?" (laugh). (lol) When I replied, "October? When I replied, "October?" he looked at me with a blatant "huh? I told him that I would take care of it in September, and he looked at me like he was in trouble! I reminded him. It was a fun party! 🎉

Next was Gagakuyo's Nanpu. It is made with white malted rice and has a low alcohol content of 10.5 degrees. It's a bad guy. 😁. When you drink it, surprisingly you don't feel so much sourness. It has a low acidity and a soft mouthfeel, which makes it easy to drink. I'm already at the point where I'm getting very drunk 😁. Delicious! 🙋

Hi, I'm a new member and I'm looking for a new job! 🙋 It has been raining lightly since this morning here on the coast of Iwate Prefecture. Thanks to the typhoon 🌀, I am thankful for rain, even if it is only a feeling. 🙏 There are water shortages here and there, and if things continue as they are, there will be a rice shortage, which could be another hassle 😓. Now, continuing from last time. I brought a crop. I don't remember when or where I bought it. 😅 If it was bad, it might have been sitting in the fridge at the recipient's place for a long time. lol I thought it would have a strong, robust flavor, but it was surprisingly easy to drink. I remember that from this point on, it gradually became suspicious. I remember it became more and more suspicious 😁. Also, the Sansa Odori dance started yesterday in Morioka. This is the festival that marks the peak of summer in Iwate. After this is over, Iwate changes its atmosphere to welcome autumn at once. 😅

The fourth bottle is a sparkling from Fukkai, Nagasaki. Sparkling with a pause. (Laughs) How much bubbles do you want to drink? 😁 Fukkai has had it once and I recommend it to everyone with absolute confidence. Everyone who takes a sip says, "Oh, wow! and they say, "Oh, wow! 👍 In no time at all, it was empty. 😁 It was very delicious! The rest will be back tomorrow! 🙋

The third one is the ferry of St. Probably the first time St. It was not. 😅 I had it a while ago. I must have bought it thinking it must be delicious because it's a Watership (lol). This one is also well balanced and has a solid yet happy taste in the mouth. Delicious! 😁

The second bottle was a sparkling wine from Ki. Normally, I would have toasted this one first, but my eyes were drawn to Akabu, and I ended up having it second. (Laughs) I always have a hard time opening sparkling, and this one was no exception. 😅 The taste is more refreshing than I expected. It was slightly sweet and everyone was rolling their eyes. It was very tasty! 🙋

Good evening! 🙋 July will be over in no time. Yesterday, due to the earthquake on the Kamchatka Peninsula, the tsunami warning for the coastal areas of Iwate Prefecture turned into a warning, and many people were evacuated, including those who live along the coast. Fortunately, the tsunami did not reach the expected level, but the firefighters who responded to the situation had a hard time guiding people under the blazing sun and dealing with those who were being selfish. I heard that the media also had trouble with the locals as they tried to hold the images by setting up a stepladder in a small space with a thump. 😅 Now, the picture is of Jade, a limited edition sake from Akabu. We had a farewell party for a banker who was transferred to another bank. The first bottle was opened! Beautiful and refreshing acidity! Well balanced and very tasty! Our staff member dragged me into the sake swamp like this. (Laughs) Very delicious! 😁
