I bought another UA collaboration of my favorite brewery's most favorite brand 😆.
It seems that unlike the normal version, the sake rice has been changed to Ishikawa-mon and brewed with it.
The opening of the bottle has a nice gassing sound: ☺️
The aroma is fresh muscat, pear, and tropical banana.
The taste is also very easy to drink with its tangy gasiness and beautiful acidity and very low alcohol content, but it has a complex aftertaste, a sense of volume and dryness of the rice, probably due to the modern Yamahai method of brewing 😋😋😋.
I will do a review of the normal version after this 😊.
