Tonight, I'll be working out at the gym in my usual routine at 🏋️‍♀️ and then opening a bottle of this one, although it's inevitably a rebound 💁 as the fun is about to begin. Collage Junmai Ginjo Banshu Aizan The first bottle of this season's Banshu Aizan is my personal favorite and probably the most delicious of all the Kuraraku. It's a very good wine and it's very easy to drink. The aroma is a classic sake bouquet of fresh grapefruit and fresh wildflowers. The first sip is characterized by a tartness and juicy sweetness that comes through quickly. From the mid-palate, however, the wine takes on a classic dry appearance with a touch of alcohol, and you can enjoy its massive volume. However, whether it was a little too cold, freshly made, or the rice this year has not yet melted, the dryness is quite piercing, so I wonder if the temperature could be raised a little more? If you let it sit for a while? I think it will show its potential and enter the exquisite and extremely delicious spot of sweet and tasty classic 😋😋😋 so I would like to report on it in a follow-up report 🙌🙌
