Good gassing sound when you open the bottle 😙.
The aroma is very nice, with a combination of citrusy hops (lemon, grapefruit) and a sweet mead-like aroma 😁.
When poured into a glass, it's first lightly cloudy with bubbles of gas. In the mouth, the impact of the sour lemon (🍋) is followed by lactic yogurt and the delicious richness of rice, but the overall taste is dry and perfect for summer drinking 😋😋😋😋.
When made into doburoku, you can enjoy the texture of ground rice on the tongue while the refreshing taste will make you drink it right up 😅.
