Nanoha-san and the travel section. It was quite late. We went to Matsumoto Castle in the evening and found it was dark. It was cold🥶 and it was too dark to see outside. We got ourselves together and went to Fukazake in Matsumoto City and tried our hand at deep drinking. 555, hahaha in Thai, right? It was a mutual, as they do not drink locally brewed sake. Fresh acidity and umami blended together with a pleasant aftertaste. Now, let's drink 555!

Continuing with my Kyushu business trip souvenirs. After my health checkup, I am looking forward to my business trip and paying a visit to the sake store. It is fruity and has a delicious flavor of Omachi-like rice, but with a good balance of acidity and sharpness, making it easy to drink. It is soothing. ☺️

I bought it at Sumiyoshi Sake Brewery in Hakata Station as a souvenir from my business trip to Kyushu. They were having a corner bar, but I didn't have time before my flight, so I gave up. I came back with a bottle of Yuni ton by Shichiyou Sake Brewery, which I had been curious about. It is a low alcohol (13 degrees), slightly effervescent, with a grapefruit-like acidity and a clean aftertaste, so you can drink it as much as you want 😋. Delicious! I recommend it to all sake drinkers.

A retrospective version. I drank alone at Ashihara Onsen ♨️ on a business trip to Fukui in July. I had a pleasant drink at the counter. The next day, I went to Tojinbo. Experienced a cliff 😅.

Continuing with the 3rd set of sake tasting at Takeo Onsen ♨️. Tenzan Brewery in Shichida. By now, the third set of sake tasting is no longer a sake tasting. It's all good when it tastes good. This is the sad SAGA~!
