Finally, I got to Hiroshima's local sake and am enjoying it.
It is fresh and lush, with a gently sweet rice aroma. The palate is tangy and gassy with a crisp citrus acidity.

The aroma is very mild, with a fresh, light flavor dancing on the tongue, and a soft, kneaded taste, with a good balance of both.
