Continuing in Akihabara. We chose Nirvana Tortoise without hesitation, because of its new policy. It was delicious with a side of Nodoguro (sea bream). I wanted to forget about the training at the head office the next day, so I had a drink.

I'm in the habit of slacking off again. I have been slacking off since my business trip to Vietnam🇻🇳, so the photos of the delicious pho and vin mee are a bonus. I met with a vendor at Hatsusen, a restaurant specializing in nodoguro (sea bream) in Akihabara, Tokyo, on my way back to Japan.

I begged a vendor from Toyama to buy it for me. The Dodgers were on 🏆parade, so we toasted together with the auspicious Kachikoma. The aroma is very mild, with a fresh, light flavor dancing on the tongue, and a soft, kneaded taste, with a good balance of both. It cuts through with a beautifully crisp finish. **Thanks to the chef, I'm sure you'll enjoy it.

We received this as a souvenir from Nanoha's trip to Aizu. We went to the brewery to have it. It has little sweetness and a lot of acidity, and since it is nigori sake, it seems to be mellow if you drink it on the rocks. I drank it straight.

I bought this limited edition sake at the brewery on my way back from Hokuriku in July. It was too good to pass up, so I kept it, but I opened the bottle because I had to drink it for the sake of reconstruction. The brewer said, "We want to protect the future of Noto by making sake from the rice grown by Noto's contract farmers without any change." We were reminded of Noto when we enjoyed Kamerei, which is carefully brewed in Shinshu from Yumemizuho rice grown in Noto on behalf of Kazuma Sake Brewery. Now I would like to visit Noto.

It is a pure sake with an alcohol content of 13%. It has a pleasant gaseous sensation that is pleasantly tingling in the mouth, and can be enjoyed lightly as if it were wine. In addition to the rich sweetness and umami, it is accented by a crisp acidity.

I went to SAKE BAR FUJIYA by myself when I stayed overnight in Narita before my business trip to China. When I went to China, I drank beer, Hakushu (Chinese rice wine), Shaoxingju (Chinese rice wine), and sake (Japanese sake). Iinuma Honke in Koshi. The master recommended this sake during happy hour. It is less polished and you can taste the flavor of the rice.

FLY HIGH The 2nd" following the 1st Sake brewed with Nikko's Goshinsui (divine water). It has a slightly carbonated taste with a "chilli" feeling called "shwashuwa. I wonder how it compares to the 1st. I can't remember!

I almost overflowed the bottle as the bottle opener warned. The light flavor combined with a good amount of gas makes it a light taste that is perfect for this time of year. I'm already drinking too much. I look forward to more of the bubbly series.
