Young Dawn 2024, I went to discover a guess warehouse~. I went to Tokyo while drinking 🍺 on the train with Nanoha-san. While eating kashnuts I bought in Vietnam 😋. The first Okuroku I met, I liked it so much I bought it immediately. I'll drink it later.

I brought Kitaro with me on a business trip to Vietnam. There were traces of the typhoon 🌀. There were fallen trees, the area in front of the hotel was flooded, and no taxis🚕 would come, so it was impossible to go outside. Kitaro is very active.

I am intrigued by the secondary fermentation in the bottle. It is a junmai ginjo nigori sake that retains a sense of dissolved carbon dioxide gas and is delicious even in summer ☀️.

Katsucoma bought this from Hokuriku Support Tour. And a tin boar cup made by Nosaku. A combination made in Takaoka City, Toyama Prefecture. We couldn't go to the brewery to buy it, but we got it at a sake store in Toyama City. It has a clear and beautiful mouthfeel. It has a dry sharpness and is easy to drink. I'm drinking it while remembering the Hokuriku support tour.

Hokuriku Support Tour, extra edition. I had planned from the beginning to stop by Okazaki Sake Brewery in Ueda City, Nagano Prefecture, on my round trip to Toyama and back to get some. Limited edition of the brewery. Hitogokochi" sake rice produced in Nagano Prefecture. Exquisite fruity aroma that is not too gorgeous. It is fresh, fruity, and full of minerality and transparency. It has a new sake-like gaseous sensation and finishes dry. This freshness is addictive. I would love to visit again when I plan to go nearby.

I bought this on a trip to Aizu~. It is "Yuri", the name of the toji (master brewer) of Tsurunoe Shuzo. It is a beautiful and sharp bottle.
