I had bought this Okuroku at last year's event. It had been sitting in the fridge for a year, but I decided it was time to open a bottle 😁.
It's sweet with a bitter aftertaste. I guess it would be good as a food sake 😋.
It was a gift from a vendor.
It has an exquisite balance between the rich rice flavor that is typical of the original sake and an aftertaste that cuts through easily. It is a dangerous sake that is not too heavy and can be easily drunk.
It was gone in no time.
We will have it again.
It had been sleeping in the refrigerator for a while, so I woke it up. I knew that the bottle had a crown type stopper and that it would spurt out when opened, so I opened the bottle taking the location into consideration.
It was a good thing that it overflowed.
The fruity aroma reminded me of various fruits, and the balance between sweetness and acidity is very good, not too sweet and refreshing.
Since it is a crown type wine, it was safely consumed in one day 😊.
Nanapples
I bought this when I went back to Aomori for a Buddhist memorial service.
It doesn't taste like apples, but it is made with malic acid and can be drunk refreshingly in summer.
The rice flavor and spiciness can also be enjoyed in summer.
Remembering my trip to Yamagata, I will have Yamagata sake outside from noon. It was the first time I had it without drinking it in Yamagata.
It was fresh and fruity and easy to drink.
The day after drinking, we ate salt ramen (🍜) and the 🌻 field was well worth seeing.
A souvenir I bought on a trip to Yamagata. I'm drinking it while remembering the trip. I was healed by watching jellyfish🪼 at the aquarium. After returning home, I am healed in a good mood by the Yamagata limited flight.
I drank it while feeling the fruity, juicy flavor and freshness.
A souvenir from my trip to Akita, at Sugakyu Shoten near Eiraku Shokudo. Akita's local sake festival. I was attracted by the No. 6 yeast, so I went ahead and bought one.
As is typical of yeast No. 6, the sake had a sour taste. The next day it was mellower and tastier.
It reminded me of the tuna, musuko and tarako I had at the Akita market. ☺️
The closing of Eiraku Restaurant is still Shinsei 6️⃣.
We had a great time drinking for 3 hours. We decided to finish with Shinsei 6️⃣ from NEXT5.
I am sure of it. I would like to go there again.
Continued at Eiraku Shokudo.
Still with Akita sake.
In the hot summer, I hoped it would cool me down.
It was refreshing in summer. ☺️
Come to think of it, I haven't eaten iburigakko since I came to Akita 😆.
Continuing at Eiraku Restaurant.
I can't decide what to order anymore🙀.
We started with Akita sake, so we made a choice.
It looked like a white wine.
I can drink more!
At Eiraku Restaurant.
Ordered the popular sardine fries. Mmmm...great as a snack 😃.
No way the Akita sake wouldn't go well with it.
It was delicious 😋.
At Eiraku Restaurant, Akita, Japan.
It was a Friday, and the place was packed. Without a reservation, it was impossible to get in even if you waited.
I decided to try the Shinsei Tangerine, which I had never had before, just because I was in Akita.
Aaahhh, was it citrusy, I forget. I want to drink it again!
Hi Higu 😃
I would like to visit Eiraku Restaurant 🥹 at least once!
Does it seem hard to get a reservation?
The taste memory of the drink is enough for me to remember how good it tastes 😆.
Hi Jay & Nobby. Please go to Eiraku Shokudo - I'm sure you'll love it. They don't accept reservations if it's too early, but I think I could make a reservation 2 months in advance. they are open from 4:30pm, so that time is free 😆. Just good enough for me already 😆.
After returning from my trip to Yamagata, I am in a good mood to drink the sake I bought to drink during my trip to Yamagata.
I drank it with that as the source of my joy, remembering the Ginzan hot spring I visited on my trip, and it was gone in no time 😆.
Hi Higu, ☀️
I enjoyed reading about your trip from Akita to Yamagata 🥳I'm sure the local sake tastes even better while remembering your trip 😋I've only been to Ginzan Onsen in winter, but the green color of the mountains in summer looks great too ✨I hope to go back there ☺️
Good morning, Kotaro-san. Yes, I will enjoy it with the sake🍶 I bought for a while. Winter in Ginzan Onsen ♨️ is nice. Now I want to go there in winter☺️
Tendo Onsen version.
At the hotel lounge.
Since it was all-you-can-drink, we drank after the onsen, including wine🍷.
We were able to enjoy the melted snow water of Gassan with sake 😋.
Tendo Onsen version.
We went to Tendo Onsen to have a drink at Yokocho and to eat chicken Chinese food.
I was so full that I couldn't move and couldn't play chess with Mr. N. 😆.
Next time!
Tendo Onsen version. and at Yokocho.
The product name is a special brewing number in honor of the toji's name "Satoshi" (智).
It is a delicious unpasteurized sake with a soft mouthfeel and fresh flavor 😋.

Comparison of summer sake.
They are all dry, crisp, and easy to drink, just like summer sake.
