At a ryokan in Toshi Island, Mie Prefecture, where I traveled. We enjoyed it with oyster dishes and sashimi. The sake has a mild flavor and is quite refreshing.

I chose this sake because of the impact of the label. When I looked at the back, I saw that it was made by the Kikumori Brewery, famous for its cab driver. Is this the only sake with "death" on the label? The taste is fresh, dry, and refreshing. It tastes fresh, dry, and refreshing, and is delicious not only because of the impact of the label.

Hi, Noritama 🍶. Unagidani, I would like to visit this restaurant. But still, this naming makes me wonder if I'm not supposed to drink it or not 😅.

Hello mourning god, thank you for your comment 🍶 It's also fun to be in front of a refrigerator filled with sake from all over Japan 😊. I don't know whether to drink or not, but I feel like it would be good if I could have a good drink in this life 😆.

A Tokyo sake that is hard to find in the Kansai region. It has a fruity aroma and a good balance of umami, acidity, and spiciness, with a slight bitterness. It is easy to drink.

Thank you for your comment, Pon-chan. This store has quite a variety of sake, so it's hard to decide which one to try. I tend to drink sake that I have never had before or that is rare 😆.

I bought this sake at the brewery of Tsujun Sake Brewery on a trip to Kumamoto. It is said to be sake made from organic rice from Yamatomachi. The color is a bit yellowish. It has a unique flavor at room temperature. When warmed up to lukewarm, it has an even more pronounced acidity in addition to the umami.
