Timeline
たっつうIt seems to be written "Chitose" and read "Sensai". Another brand of Yamana Shuzo, which brews Okutanba.
The last sake 🍶.
Dry but with a lactic acidity.
After all, the label is cool lol.
I had never even heard of the name of the rice, but it was delicious. たっつうThe third drink was Kakogawa's brand name Morinori.
This one was a different story, a light and dry one.
It was very easy to drink with a cool and refreshing taste 🍶.
It was also delicious! たっつうThe second cup is also a Himeji brand, Nada Kiku.
This one is a fruity, sweet and sour cup.
It also has a wine-like taste.
Hyogo is known for its light and dry wines, but this one doesn't remind me of Hyogo at all. たっつうOn my day off, I had Hyogo sake at Asano Sake Shop's corner store in Sannomiya.
First up was Yukihikoyama.
A fruity, sweet, delicious and mellow cup. 🙆♂️
It was delicious♪ TySSlightly fruity apple aroma, deep flavor with a hint of rice sweetness, relatively easy to drink

ぺっかーるThis is "33MISA" by Nada Kiku.
I purchased it at Asano Sake Shop the other day.
It was one of the bottles recommended by Mr. Mitsusa Kawaishi, the brewery's head brewer.
He said it's named after its name, "MISA"!
It is a sake from Himeji.
Hyogo Prefecture is also very large. The sake I am familiar with is Nada Gogo.
I was not familiar with sake from Himeji (Harima). But now that I'm here, I'm getting close to it. I'm getting curious!
Let's have some!
The aroma is slightly nice. It has the feel of ripe fruit.
Slightly smooth and soft on the palate. Yes, this is delicious!
It is fruity. Slightly sweet but with a clean aftertaste.
It is a 500ml bottle.... I might drink the whole bottle....
The alcohol content is 15 degrees. I'm getting drunk!
I will keep my eye on Nadagiku. ichiro18Good evening, Mr. Pekkaal 😃.
Nadagiku was in Himeji 😅I was misled by the name 😅I think of Hyogo as Nada, so many people mistake Himeji sake for men's sake too 😍This MISA looks delicious 😍. ぺっかーるGood evening, ichiro18!
It's true! Nada is Nada Ward in Kobe City.
Nadagiku is in Himeji City. And Nada Ichi by Shochiku Bai Sake Brewery is in Nishinomiya City. lol It's complicated...
The masa was very sweet and delicious! ichiro18Senzuke's third drink is a drop of water.
The same Junmai Daiginjyo but the Shizukutori has a deeper sweetness and umami 😍.
The acidity is also sharp, but the umami prevails. ichiro18Second drink for Mr. Sensuke.
The aroma is also moderate.
The mouthfeel is soft and the umami spreads more than the sweetness, and there is a firm and sharp acidity. 焼きりんごIt's a very sweet sake, partly because it's a 50-80% long sake.
I felt the sweetness, a little sourness in the aftertaste, and the unique taste of sake in the aroma. 焼きりんごThe name "premium" doesn't do it justice.
Sweet and easy to drink, you can drink it forever!
Combine this with slightly bitter pickled firefly squid and you have a happy combination! 焼きりんごI felt the sweetness, but with a little sourness in the aftertaste!
I felt it was a great sake to pair with fish!
I think it is for those who are a little more used to sake! 焼きりんごBoth the aroma and taste are sweet and very easy to drink!
After taking a sip, the sweetness is followed by a hint of sake, giving the impression that it is suitable for beginners!
I would drink too much of this! 焼きりんごVery sweet taste with a fruity finish. This may be the sake for women! 焼きりんごSlightly effervescent taste. You can also taste a little deep bitterness, which is delicious! 焼きりんごThe aroma is fruity, and when you take a sip, you can enjoy the sweetness of the rice and the sourness of the alcohol, which is truly the best part of sake! ちりとてちんAt Asano Sake Shop SANNOMIYA.
Juicy and full of flavor. It also has just the right amount of acidity, and everything seems to be a perfect match.
Definitely a sake you can't go wrong with. ‼️ ちりとてちんAt Asano Sake Shop SANNOMIYA.
A blend of several original sake. It has a full-bodied flavor and a refined aroma. All in all, a very tasty sake. ちりとてちんAt Asano Sake Shop SANNOMIYA.
Fruity, sweet and juicy.
It is as delicious as it should be. ちりとてちんAt Asano Sake Shop SANNOMIYA.
Junmai Daiginjo-shu with a rice polishing ratio of 39%, with a cool, refreshing aroma reminiscent of honey apples and white peaches. Sweet, aromatic and fruity. It was decided to be delicious even before drinking. ちりとてちんAt Asano Sake Shop SANNOMIYA.
Moderate acidity, sweetness and umami.
Exquisite balance. Delicious. ‼️ RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
