Description
This is a valuable first vintage made from 100% Yamadanishiki grown under contract in Minamiuonuma (formerly Shiozawa Town), the first cultivation.
It was first bottled on February 27, 2020, and stored at -5°C for approximately 1,350 days. The color is clear and colorless, and the quality of the sake is clear.
It tasted expensive.

Description
Junmai sake "P&A (Panda)" was fermented slowly at low temperature by substituting citric acid produced from white and black malted rice instead of lactic acid during yeast preparation.
It has a refreshing, light mouthfeel that whets the appetite. It is a bottle with a playful spirit.
As it says, it was good for a story.

The description says it has a juicy flavor with a sweet and sour taste like muscat and a gentle Yamadanishiki flavor. As stated, it is fruity and easy to drink, and you will find yourself drinking more and more of it. Yamada-Nishiki is safe to buy.
I would like to buy many more of this sake in the future, as it is a regular Omine sake.
