Record 14th Souvenirs purchased at a roadside station I was allowed to drink it with them. Description Junmai sake "P&A (Panda)" was fermented slowly at low temperature by substituting citric acid produced from white and black malted rice instead of lactic acid during yeast preparation. It has a refreshing, light mouthfeel that whets the appetite. It is a bottle with a playful spirit. As it says, it was good for a story.

Record 12th bottle. The description says it has a juicy flavor with a sweet and sour taste like muscat and a gentle Yamadanishiki flavor. As stated, it is fruity and easy to drink, and you will find yourself drinking more and more of it. Yamada-Nishiki is safe to buy. I would like to buy many more of this sake in the future, as it is a regular Omine sake.

Tenth bottle on record The first time I opened it, it had a sweet mouthfeel. But when I drank it the next day, it was just right.

Third record. Rather habitual. Personally, I preferred GOLD to I preferred Brahma-Pure to GOLD. I would like to try a variety of Brahma.

Record second Sake Shop Pop I was drawn to this store by NHK Professional Work Style. I thought I came here to buy a different kind of sake... Pop is important, isn't it? I've had a couple of sakes from Yukino Kayasha, but I don't remember what I drank, so it's important to keep a record of it. Postscript I finished it. I will buy it again.
