In March, I continued to drink the 11 breweries (6 in Kyoto and 5 in Aichi) that I used for the nameplates on the seats at my daughter's wedding reception. I took the liberty of tying them to the 11 breweries and drinking them. Now that it is over, we can drink new sake without any restrictions from now on. I had been drinking 500 ml bottles of Aozora, but today I drank a full bottle, so I was able to drink until I was satisfied. Aozora was delicious as always.
Mr. TAKE2. The reception was a must for the sake lovers, and I'm sure the father of the bride was moved by the long afterglow. Thanks to your daughter.
Thanks again, TAKA2! The name of the sake brewery at the reception is awesome 👀I'm sure you'll be able to serve delicious sake too ✨The sake prepared by the hotel is usually adequate in most cases 😅.
I received this bottle as a tax-deductible gift from my hometown. The bottle is covered with a white cover and when opened, it is a mysterious young grass-colored transparent bottle. It is the first sake from the brewery I have ever had. It is a sweet sake with a tangy aftertaste. It was easy to drink.
I drank this sake with the Fukuchiri I received as a Furusato tax payment. I make a reservation and buy this sake every year. The fukuchichi was delicious and the sake was delicious as always. 4356 yen
This is the first sake from the brewery I have ever had.
I received it as a Furusato tax donation. The Tale of Genji label reminds me of the current historical drama "To the Lord of Light". It was slightly sweet and easier to drink than I expected.
This is the first sake from the brewery I have ever had.
The alcohol content is 12 degrees. It is light, smooth, and easy to drink without any peculiarities. 2,387 yen
I drank Shikishima for the first time in a while. The owner of the sake shop recommended it as the best-selling sake in Aichi Prefecture. It has been a long time since I drank Shikishima, but it was just as delicious as ever. It is easy to drink and I opened it right away. 1760 yen
I received this sake as a tax payment from my hometown. It is like a traditional sake. My daughters, who like sweet sake, did not like it. The Junmai Ginjo we had earlier was easier to drink.
It was too good to drink right away, so it sat in the fridge for a while. I could taste the pineapple flavor they said it had. I drank it gratefully while savoring it. 3,400 yen.
It is an easy-drinking, sweet sake with 13% alcohol content. I purchased it at the recent Maruishi Brewery's warehouse opening. Ni-Utsuri is always delicious. 1980 yen
This is the sake matching ceremony at the wedding reception. The bride is from Aichi Prefecture and uses Omachi from brewer Kuheiji. We compared the taste with Mori-Ba-Ri, but both tasted the same. We also drank the combined sake, but it tasted just fine.
The names of the seats are indicated by the sake, with the groom's side being sake from Kyoto and the bride's side being sake from Aichi.
I hope the two will mix well and be happy like these sakes.
Today was my daughter's wedding. At the reception, we had a sake-matching ceremony. This ceremony is meant to unite the bride and groom from different backgrounds by combining the sake of their birthplace. Since the groom is from Kyoto, Sawaya Matsumoto was used.
TAKA2. Nice to meet you & congratulations on your daughter's wedding. Sorry for the delay. I just now reviewed your post and the sake matching ceremony is a wonderful tradition.
The previous dewy-leaf style label had a subdued color image, but this time I bought the pink label, which is always different. The taste is stable and delicious. 1,800 yen
I bought this chocolate at the Maruishi Brewery's brewery open house on February 3. I also bought some Ni-Rabbit chocolates, which I could not buy at Takashimaya in Nagoya, at the Amour du Chocolat held at Takashimaya in Okazaki on the same day. It is a very rare sake. 1980 yen
