There is a green apple aroma and a rather subdued ginjo aroma, and the aroma is clean and clear. The aftertaste is quite bitter. However, it is still my favorite sake.
It has a rice sweetness reminiscent of kompeito sugar. The balance of roundness, umami, and acidity is exquisite. It does not have a ginjo aroma that wafts through the nose, but it is a taste that makes you happy the moment you put it in your mouth.
It was recommended by a friend of mine, but it was delicious without any prejudice. It has become my favorite.
This sake has a strong sweet and savory taste of rice. University students were involved in the development of this sake, and it is sure to be loved by men and women of all ages.
Aroma like apple, carbonated shwash fun, and if you wait a bit before drinking, you can taste the sweetness as well.
I thought it was nice to have a fresh feeling with the original sake, spring is a good thing!
