It has a rice sweetness reminiscent of kompeito sugar. The balance of roundness, umami, and acidity is exquisite. It does not have a ginjo aroma that wafts through the nose, but it is a taste that makes you happy the moment you put it in your mouth.
It was recommended by a friend of mine, but it was delicious without any prejudice. It has become my favorite.
