It was a light sake with a hint of apple-like aroma, followed by a refreshing sweetness.
I would like to visit Shimane and enjoy a variety of sake, these days.
Clear and colorless. It was an interesting sake, with a very dry and refreshing taste, but with a slight aroma of nail polish and sweetness.
Compared to Takihantu, it was dry and gave a different impression, but it is interesting because of its chameleon-like element.
The first sip was slightly tangy on the tongue, followed by a strong sweetness and enamel aroma that spread to the palate, yet had a clean aftertaste.
Once again, I felt that Mie's sake is only for daughters.
Yellowish color, mellow aroma characteristic of sake, but with a sweetness that spreads on the palate and a clean aftertaste. It is not to be underestimated.
The sweetness and enamel aroma stings sharply, then the alcohol taste leaves the nose, but the aftertaste is clean and dry. It is close to my favorite type.
I didn't understand it until the class, but it had a sweet, round and subtly aromatic taste, with a hint of alcohol in the aroma afterwards. It was a refined taste.
Nigori (nigori) sake made by Ichinokura's young brewers. It is a nigori sake with a pleasant, slight whiffle from the secondary fermentation in the bottle. It has a fresh apple aroma and a sweet roundness that comes from the nigori. For a nigori sake? It's not too sweet, and the fact that it's light and slightly dry is another reason why I fell in love with it!

Kitaichi Glass limited edition sake. It is made by Kyokui Tanaka Sake Brewery.
It is a Junmai Daiginjo, but I think it is characterized by its refreshing and clean taste. Of course, it has a sweet aroma, but what is more surprising is how refreshing it is. It was an interesting sake that could be loved by all kinds of people, both sweet and dry.
It had Katsuyama's characteristic strong sweetness, as well as roundness and umami due to nigori. It was delicious. It would be good as an after-dinner drink.
