Last year I didn't go through with it for some reason, but this year I made a firm reservation. The aroma is fruity, with a hint of banana 🤔, a little foamy and crisp, with a refreshing sweetness and bitterness. A little bitter overtone escapes through the nose. Full-bodied, bitter, bitter and dry, totally delicious 😋I should have reserved 2 bottles 😂I'll have to wait until next year 🥹🥹Sake like this is good in a wine glass 🍶and before you know it you've drunk it all.
