Waccho
It has a modest ginjo aroma with a slight alcohol-like aroma. The upper palate is modest, but the overtone is rather gorgeous. It has a soft, fluffy sweetness 😚 and a fresh spiciness, leaving a nice richness without drawing out the sweetness. It is clean and crisp. 🗡️ is also good. It is a "koku-zumi" (full-bodied, delicious, and refreshing) type of sake. It is said that it is the No.6 yeast which is inherited from Shinsei, but I wonder if Shinsei has the same kind of taste 🤔🤔🤔It becomes sweeter as the temperature rises. It is a good sake for a meal 😋.
