This is the first time I've tasted San-do's Hozu Gonojo, but the description from the liquor store says it's different from the usual Gonojo! The acidity is said to be 3.8 or higher! When I removed the plastic outer frame to open the bottle immediately, the crown went vigorously to the ceiling 😳 (thank goodness it didn't hit the lighting💦). When I poured it into the glass, the carbonation followed the wall surface, but it wasn't as sizzling as it was in my mouth! I thought it might have a strong acidity, but personally I don't think it's that strong (maybe stronger than Sanzu Yamadanishiki, but not as strong as Yamada Nishiki)! ) It was easy to drink with low alcohol content and was quickly consumed! Thank you very much for the sake! 4.0/5

At a BBQ! I usually don't drink Fukushima Prefecture's sake, except for O, etc., but it was recommended to me, so I tried it! The water is really cold in the lower temperature range! I can see why people keep drinking it! It may not be accurate because of the time that has passed since it was corked! 3.5/5

Hello. Thank you for drinking Hanazumi and Aizu, a sake brewery in my hometown of Minamiaizu!

Good evening, nabe-san! I tend to avoid Fukushima sake because I prefer a lighter taste, but when I try Aizu Shikon, I am sometimes surprised by the taste.

This bottle was recommended by the liquor store! There were also purple and yellow Takachiyo, but we decided to pick up this one, of which we were told there were only a few in stock! Each color in the Takachiyo (hiragana) series is associated with a fruit, and in this case it was strawberry. It has a fizzy, summery, low-alcohol taste that makes it easy to drink! However, it was far from strawberry 💦. I was drinking it thinking this is delicious but not strawberry lol. But as the temperature range rises, the carbonation disappears and the taste becomes rounder, and the sweetness is followed by a sourness that is just like the sweetness and sourness of strawberries! This surprised me 🫢. It was one that made me want to try other takachiyos as well! 4.0/5

Hana-yoku Ginpu was released today at the brewery! (Lined up in the blazing sun to buy 😵‍💫) (I stood in line in the blazing sun to buy it.) I opened the bottle without much expectation because I didn't like the last bottle of Ginpu compared to Miyamanishiki. The taste is not as sweet as Miyamanishiki, but it is similar to Miyamanishiki and Hachitanishiki! No bitterness or sourness, just pineapple 🍍. The difference is obvious when compared to Gohyakumangoku! Looking forward to see what happens from here as the days go by😊. A few days after opening, all but the sweetness was gone and the pineapple aroma was left behind and it became the Hana-yori! But still, the difference between last year and this year is too big 💦 maybe it's the rice's resistance to dissolving? 4.9./5

We opened the first bottle of Hana-yosu, which we had bought during the new sake season! I was worried when I opened the bottle because it was not well reviewed in the comments at Sake-no-Wa. When I opened the bottle, the usual pineapple smell was almost non-existent 💦I drank it and found that the sourness came first, followed by a bitterness? I drank it and found that the sourness came first, followed by a bitter taste that left a tingling sensation on my tongue. I have a feeling it hasn't opened yet, but I'm looking forward to the change! Hmmm 🧐Not sure about the taste, so no repeat purchase! 2.8/5 PS: I drank it on the third day, and the sourness of the first day is gone, but the bitterness? It's not my type of sake. It's not my type of sake 💦.

The toji who worked at Gekkeikan? The brewery of The aroma is lactic acid bacteria type, which I personally like! When I drank it, I found that it was not like nigori (nigori) sake, which has a calpis-like taste, and although I felt the heaviness, there was no lingering feeling, and the taste was crisp and clean! The gap between the taste and aroma occurs when you start with the aroma💦.

The first thing I felt was the stylish label! There is no strong aroma, and when you drink it, it is smooth and easy to drink! In a good sense, it has no quirks, and I got the impression that it is a type of sake that can be enjoyed by everyone! 4.0/5 (3.8/5 for me personally)

I had been going to the liquor store every two days to get Hakuun Korai, but it was sold out immediately after it went on sale today 😭 I had been saving up my points for Hakuun Korai, but this time I decided to pick up this one. I was torn between "Extra Hakutsuru Nishiki" and "Kamimoro Hakusake Mirai", but the clerk said that the above two are too light, so I went for the sweeter Aizan! When I drank it, I felt a little fizz on my tongue. The sweetness of Aizan is the only thing that remains! No bitterness or sourness! The sweetness is less than that of Orikarami, but it is aromatic and elegant 😋. The sweetness is similar to that of Tenmei Leap Year, but the sweetness does not linger! I would like to drink this sake by itself! A bottle would open up in a heartbeat💦. I'll be saving my points for next year 😭 PS: As a day or two passed after opening the bottle, the sweetness became blurred and the alcohol feeling remained in the bottle. I don't think I'll be repurchasing 💦.

Senkin Sparklers! (Assemblage, Fireworks) I was rearranging the fridge and picked up a sake to go with this time of year, and it was from last August💦. When I tried it, I found that it was low in alcohol and at lower temperatures, it was easy to drink like water. When the temperature rises a little, it has a robust feeling, but not that strong! The taste is very much like Senkou, probably due to the assemblage! You can tell it's SENKYO when you drink it, probably because it's an assemblage! I was surprised that the label is a plant seal! I heard that Kabuto-bushi and others are no longer printed stickers. 3.8/5

My first sake in a while was Toyo Bijin! Since I had also purchased Aizan from Jundo Isshu, I thought it would be nice to compare the drinks, so I bought Sake Mirai! (I couldn't buy Kangiku Sake Mirai, so I chose Sake Mirai💦laughs) (I couldn't buy Kangiku Sake Mirai, so I chose Sake Mirai 💦) The taste is mild, with a slight alcohol taste that lingers after drinking. It has a little sweetness, no sourness, no bitterness, but a mild rice-like taste that lingers after drinking. Although the alcohol content is 16%, it is a low-alcohol summer sake, so you can drink it easily 😳. If the sweetness is added to it, it might be my favorite sake! 3.8-4.0/5

This is the first time for me to buy a bottle of shipper's rice wine! I have been curious about it for a while but never had a chance to drink it, so I bought it for the first time this time! When the bottle was opened, there was a gaseous feeling, but when I drank it, there was no gaseous feeling! I drank it thinking it was a Niigata sake, but it was different. The label on the back says it is light, but it is not dry, but rather fresh and crisp! The alcohol content is only 13%, so it goes down smoothly! I regret that I drank the Jun Dai from the beginning. 🙂‍↕️ It made me think that I would like to try a bottle with different rice in the future! Thank you very much! 4.8/5 I quite like the taste!

Satou-san, good evening. My first shipment of sake is also going to be a sake future here 🎵I'm so happy I reacted 🎵. It's a fresh sake that's light but not dry ✨I'm looking forward to more 😊.

Good evening, ma-ki! I had an image of Niigata as a light and dry sake, and I could not get my hands on it, but it was different from my image at all, and I personally found it very beautiful and coherent, so I hope it will suit your palate, ma-ki.

I found Kawanakajima Genmai at an izakaya and ordered it immediately! When I drank it, I found that it had a smooth taste and the sweetness spread out to the fullest! Sweet and delicious" is exactly how I would describe it! It was just like that! In terms of the strain, it may be a genre of sake that you would like to drink by itself, like Hana-yoso! There is no lingering sweetness like Tenmei Leap No., and the sweetness naturally disappears after drinking 😳. 4.8/5

When I was told that the izakaya had a long-sought-after shot of ikimi, I ordered it without hesitation! When I drank it, I found that it had sweetness, but after that, there was a chiri-chiri-ness, or alcohol-ness? I had an impression that there was a sharpness from the sweetness! I drank it because I had a preconceived notion that "射美 = sweet", so I was a bit surprised 😮. It may be good as a food sake, but it is not something you would drink by itself. This was my first saké, so I'll have to evaluate different kinds of saké in the future 💦. 3.5/5

This is the work I received at the second house! In addition to the UA snowman (posted previously), I received the following works: "Daimine Natsu no Otogori," "Chuobukuro Hare," and "Tenmei Leap Go Chutakusei," which was the next work! I always wonder why it tastes so good even though it is fire-aged! The Saku series is a must! 4.3/5

I got a bottle of Senkou UA Snowball at a barbecue restaurant! Compared to the Snowball, the UA Yukidaruma has a more pronounced sweetness due to its assemblage. The carbonation was strong and the mouthfeel was light! I had avoided it because of its high price, but I will buy it next season! 4.5/5

The main one this time was Eikofuji's Aizan! I've had my eye on this for a long time, but was hesitant to buy it because they were sold out of the Yongo bottles 💦. This time we had plans to drink it at home, so we hurried to a liquor store in the prefecture to buy it, and to our surprise, we were told it was the last one available! (I was hesitant to buy it, but the clerk gave me a good tip that this year's Hanamup Shumirai was not as good as last year's because the rice was not as good as last year's.) When the bottle is uncorked, it makes a popping sound. There is almost no standing aroma, and when you drink it, the sweetness that is typical of Aizan spreads in the mouth, and there is a fruity flavor that is nicely integrated! Other breweries' Aizan may have a strong acidity in the aftertaste in addition to the sweetness, or a strong alcoholic aftertaste, but this is different! I thought I understood why Robert Parker said 92 points! 🧐 It really has a mouthfeel similar to wine, without the alcohol and aroma typical of sake! However, the lingering aftertaste is firmly Aizan-like, and this is a drink that reminds us again that it is sake, not wine! If you like Aizan, you should definitely try this one! 4.3/5

Comparison with the Koraku Oorigarami Sangan, which was laid down! Natsu-gin is slightly cloudy and has a good bitterness and sharpness, and may be the best sake for a meal! Personally, I prefer Miyazumi which I drank recently! I personally prefer Miyazumi, which I drank recently! (Is it because it was left to rest when it was uncorked?) Comparison of Akaban Omachi and Yamada Nishiki from Nabeshima! (I've had the Yamadanishiki before, so I'll skip that one. When poured into a sake cup, it has bubbles on the wall and is slightly carbonated! When you drink it, you immediately taste the sweetness + weak acidity and the flavor of Nabeshima spreads! Personally, I prefer Yamadanishiki to Akaban Omachi. 4.0/5
