When I was told that the izakaya had a long-sought-after shot of ikimi, I ordered it without hesitation!
When I drank it, I found that it had sweetness, but after that, there was a chiri-chiri-ness, or alcohol-ness? I had an impression that there was a sharpness from the sweetness!
I drank it because I had a preconceived notion that "射美 = sweet", so I was a bit surprised 😮.
It may be good as a food sake, but it is not something you would drink by itself.
This was my first saké, so I'll have to evaluate different kinds of saké in the future 💦.
