I decided to drink a summer sake today and opened this bottle! The illustrator, Misaki Tanaka, did the label for this Omine Summer no Otosore! When I opened the bottle, the aroma was not that strong, and when I drank it, it was like drinking Aquarius with added alcohol, but with less sweetness! The alcohol content is lower than in winter and it goes down smoothly 💦. I was surprised at the sweetness of this Yamadanishiki 😳. 4.5/5

I had a rest day due to a stomach bug, but the fridge was also overflowing, so I pulled out the bottle. A bottle of Yamadanishiki and Yume no Kaori from Tenmei's slightly rich series! (Yumekaori: a cross between Hachitan-nishiki and Dewa-tsan-ai, a rice variety from Fukushima prefecture suitable for sake brewing). The mouthfeel is soft and easy to drink like water, and the sweet taste is to my liking! It is not as gooey and sweet as the Leap No., but disappears from the mouth at the time of swallowing! If it tastes good when drunk in bad condition, it should taste even better under normal conditions 🤤. 4.4/5 (my favorite type of sake)

Hi Satou 😃. Are you feeling okay? I think being able to drink well is a sign of recovery 😅 Let's drink in moderation 🤗.

Jay & Nobby Good evening! Sorry for worrying about your health condition 😭 We don't drink too much, but we drink in moderation lol. We're releasing a lot of summer liquors too 💦. The weather is changing rapidly, so please take care of yourself, Jay & Nobby. 🙇‍♂️

We compared Jikin at an izakaya (Japanese style bar)! The Omachi Nama has a gorgeous aroma, but it is well balanced with acidity! It did not have the sweet and delicious taste of Senbon-Nishiki, but it was a very tasty drink that was well balanced as Jigyon should be! The winner was Nama-Shu > Hi-ire! 4.0/5

We compared Jikin at an izakaya (Japanese style bar)! The Omachi Hi-ire is easier to drink than the others, and the end of the bottle has a firm finish, but there is less opening such as aroma! I don't think there is much difference between it and Tokujun! 3.8/5

Izakaya! I've never actually had Shizenigo before 💦 (I've got to stop hating it, lol). This one was also unopened and uncorked. The fruity flavor is up front, but it's still very sharp, just like the instrumental! Personally, I think the instrumental is more relaxed. 3.7/5

At Izakaya! Lately I've been flirting with wine instead of sake and haven't been able to drink lol. After drinking Honmaru, I went for Toyo Bijin, which I don't usually see! (Junmai Ginjo since they were out of Jundo Ittou)! (Junmai Ginjo since they were out of Jundo Itsuki) Luckily, I was able to drink the unopened bottle! The aroma is subdued and the alcohol is present, but it's not a heavy drinker, it's more of a mild impression. It is not the type of sake to be enjoyed with a meal, but to be enjoyed on its own. 3.5/5

I opened a bottle of Orikarami that I had purchased at the beginning of the year just in time for a family gathering! First of all, I had a hard time getting the crown to open😅I've never had a crown that wouldn't open like this before lol. When I drank it cold, I could smell a faint aroma of sake. I was able to drink it like water 💦I had the impression that it had a little more aroma than the last Dragon's Bastard which I drank last time! As the temperature range rises, the carbonation adheres to the glass and the sweetness spreads with slight carbonation! It has a rice sweetness like amazake, but not a bland sweetness! Next, I tried mixing in some lees, which was only faintly visible or not, and was surprised to find that it had a punch that was completely different from the supernatant only 😳 (punch is defined as bitterness or simple alcohol). (Punch is not the same as bitterness or a simple increase in alcohol, but a gusto that is hard to describe 😓) It's a rough runner, but it's not rough like other rough runners, it's really nicely put together from the moment you put it in your mouth to the end of the drink 🤔. Note: Dragon's Bastard > Orikarami

Satou-san, good evening 😃 The best way to enjoy Jyushidai ‼️ is to drink it with everyone when your family is all together 🤗. This review shows the transition of flavors well! This one is nicely put together too👍.

Jay & Nobby, good evening 🌇. Drinking is good for everyone to have a good time together! Thank you for the poor writing 😭 I'm jealous of Jay & Nobby's review because I wanted to go to the Mashiko pottery fair 😆.

A special version of the third Tenmei Leap No. 3 tobin! I went to the liquor store and they have a good one! He brought it all the way from his backyard 😳! According to the sake shop's explanation, the number on the cap is for use in the sake competition, and it is the 3rd tobin lot, brewed in the 41st tank in 2023! The taste is the same as the bronze label, sweet and tasty, with no sourness or bitterness! The only big difference is that the aroma in the mouth is completely different! The aroma in the mouth was completely different! Not only is it sweet and delicious, but the mellow and gentle aroma (not too much alcohol, or too strong and obtrusive) makes it a more elegant and beautiful sake, and if you told me it was a nama-shu, I would believe you. It was a great opportunity to drink such delicious sake for 3,000 yen, which was more than enough just to drink all the leap No. 1 sakes 😋. Sorry for the length of this article 💦. *On the second day, the spiciness came out and the aroma was much less 😭 5.0/5

Good morning, Satou-san. I didn't know there was such a special version of the leap issue 😲. I love leap issues and have received 3 different ones, but your post made me look twice 😊. I am so jealous 💧.

A bottle aged in oak barrels When you drink it, the acidity spreads, and although it doesn't go as far as the smell of wine, it has a strange feeling of being somewhat sake-like, not sake-like, and it seems to be smooth and easy to drink! It tastes like a rosé wine! I think it has a peculiar peculiar taste that may differ from one taste to another 💦. Considering that it's in the 2000 yen range for 500ml, I don't think I'll repeat it! It was delicious! 3.8/5

It has been a long time since I have had a bottle of Morishima! I bought this bottle because I like Miyamanishiki, but it was sleeping in the fridge. It has a slight sparkle with bubbles on the glass, and when you drink it, it has a sharpness that goes well with fish dishes. It was a great match for the oysters and clams we had at the BBQ that day! I think it is interesting to match sake with the food you eat! I also opened a bottle of Tobiroki Jun Dai, but didn't post it because I've reviewed it before and it's not my personal favorite 💦. 3.8/5

Sake from Miyagi Prefecture, which I had not drank before! Hakurakusei is a well-known brand and is said to be the ultimate food sake! When I drank it, I thought it had a beautiful pentagonal or hexagonal shape on the balance chart. I was surprised that it didn't interfere with any dishes, while still retaining the sake-like taste! I have no complaints if you want to enjoy it with a meal! Personally, I'm the type of person who likes to enjoy sake alone, so without food, it might be a bit difficult 💦. 4.0/5

I bought this Kido at a BBQ! The aroma was very Kido-like and my expectations were high, but when I drank it, it was different from previous Kido's and had a peculiar taste! (I looked at the back of the label and saw the word "astringent" and thought, "This is it!") (I saw on the back of the label that it said "astringent" and thought, "This is it!") With the usual Kido, the aroma was gorgeous and spread quickly, and the taste was not peculiar in a good sense, but not this time! 3.5/5

I was notified on the day of the event and made a trip to the brewery in Saitama Prefecture, arriving at around 11:30am! When we entered the store, there were only 3 bottles left in the usual fridge 🙄! I'm glad I was able to purchase a four-pack 😌. I got home and immediately uncorked it! The aroma is subdued. The sweetness spreads and a fresh pineapple flavor comes through on the nose! The sake Musashi, which is made with different rice, had a complex combination of bitterness, light sweetness, and acidity when it was first bottled, and it was difficult to open! I'm looking forward to seeing how the other rice series I bought from the brewery this season turn out 😊. PS: The second day I drank it, the sweetness was stronger but not as fresh as the first day, and the sweetness was bland 💦I imagine it was almost like sugar water with the carbonation of a carbonated beverage drained out. This time I was right to drink it up on the first day instead of laying it down lol about 3.8/5 5.0/5

When you drink it, you will feel the heavy feeling of rice! A look at the back of the label convinced me! 100% edible rice Hitomebore It has a strong alcohol taste while still retaining the rice flavor, so those who love sake may be hooked! 3.0/5

Tasake Micro bubble! From the moment it's poured, it's like soda water 😳. When you drink it, the alcohol taste is not strong, so it really is an interesting bottle as if carbonated water and rice flavor were added! I think I could drink a few glasses with a boar cup (I personally don't like carbonated water, so I can't drink beer or other beers 💦). 3.8/5

This year, I was able to drink a bottle I had purchased but had not yet uncorked at a drinking party! The aroma was immediately noticeable as soon as the bottle was opened, and when I drank it, I found that it had a very sweet taste! It was so sweet that it was sticky in a good way! There is almost no bitterness or acidity, only the umami and sweetness of the rice spreading in the mouth! 4.6/5

Probably a bottle from the hanpukai! I can't give an exact rating because there were only a few bottles left, but it had a slight gassiness and was sweet and blurry, but still had a sharpness to it! It was my first time to drink Yume-Ichiken itself, so if I have a chance to drink it again, I would definitely like to have it! 3.5/5
